Amazing experience! Fab bridal shop with great staff who are hands on and very knowledgeable! Communication through instagram was easy, prompt replies to any queries I had about my booking, I booked the VIB package for me and my 4 bridesmaids so I could try on wedding dresses whilst we sipped Prosecco and indulged in some cakes, Eleanor greeted us and got to know me and asked about my wedding before walking us through the shop, she assisted with picking out styles of dresses after we discussed what styles I liked, I really valued her opinion as well as my bridesmaids but with her experience she spoke honestly and professionally about what suited me and from my reactions and asked me how the dress felt or made me feel which gave me confidence in my decision to say YES TO THE DRESS! Even though we did run over the time slot as it was midweek and we were having too much fun, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, I can’t wait to come back and try my dress on again in a few months, thank you Birdcage Bridal for such a lovely experience as a 2026 bride to be xxx

Posting this review on the biggest high after my first ever bridal appointment! Danielle and Bethany were absolutely amazing. It honestly felt like having more friends there with me, hyping me up and offering opinions when asked. They listened to me so much in my initial consultation, that they helped me pick the perfect dress. The very first one I tried on and the one I ended up saying yes to! There is a vast choice of dresses, something for all styles and budgets. It was just the most magical day, I honestly can't thank them enough. I also highly recommend booking the VIP experience for some very yummy treats and bubbles. Me and my family/friends were very well looked after and catered for, just one absolutely perfect afternoon. Oh Marissa, you are nothing short of amazing! I came into store for my first ever bridal experience and you made me feel so at ease! My mum came over from America and I wanted to have the chance to experience it with her, Marissa you made it so magical! I never expected to say yes to the dress on the first appointment, but when you no you no! Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Bird Cage bridal boutique enough! I attended the appointment with my sister, mum and two daughters. The team could not be more welcoming and instantly made my sister feel at ease. We had attended previous appointments and none can compare to the experience we had at Bird Cage bridal Boutique. The team listened attentively and all worked together to choose dresses that suited my sister as well as providing honest and open feedback. We were not rushed and the team could not do enough from trying on veils, sleeves and also working with us to find the perfect dress for my sister. They were all extremely knowledgeable about all of the designers and you could feel how well the team (Dani, Danielle and Marissa) worked together and all work as one. It was also great to meet Ann-Marie the next day when my sister said yes to the dress! The whole experience was so seamless and the whole team made my sister feel very special. The value of the dresses and alternations were extremely reasonable and communication has been fantastic. I would highly recommend the team at Bird Cage Bridal! The team at Birdcage Bridal Boutique were absolutely incredible! Nothing was too much for them, they just wanted me to have the best experience I could possibly have. They are such inspiring and warm individuals who make you feel at home in such a nice way and part of their team! They made me and my family feel comfortable and heard when commenting on each dress. They absolutely understood me and my style and they found me my dream dress! They have a huge range of styles from more traditional to new designers and I feel super honoured to have found my dress at this shop. When I wanted to alter the dress slightly they were really supportive of it and asked the designer straight away and were completely transparent with me and I couldn’t ask for anything more. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I can’t wait to go back and see my dress again! I had the best experience here, the team were so supportive through all the dresses I tried. So welcoming and made me feel beautiful, I didn’t end up choosing a dress from this shop but it wasn’t from lack is stunning choices. The team were soo accommodating when, I was stuck between a dress they had in store and another. They weren’t ever pushy, just absolutely lovely women who want to help every bride feel stunning. We were so stunned with their knowledge of dresses and style. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop- really recommend all brides come here for an amazing experience. I cannot thank you enough for the most wonderful experience choosing my dress! My first appointment was initially just with Elena, who was amazingly helpful and patient, but then Bethany and Anne-Marie also joined as I was trying on dresses, which was incredible as they were like my own little cheerleading squad! Their genuine care and enthusiasm shone through and made the experience so positive, not to mention their expert suggestions and advice. It’s such a difference to other shops where the assistants aren’t half as enthusiastic. Julie, the seamstress, was also so helpful providing quotes (not just a stab in the dark like some other shops) and finding a veil that closely matched my dress. They all went out of their way to make sure I was 100% comfortable and confident in my decision, giving me lots of time to think whilst my dress was under a holding deposit for a week so no one else could buy it. At my second appointment, Dani and Bethany were incredible once again, giving me lots of time and answering all my questions. I cannot recommend this shop enough for being so friendly and helpful, and offering such brilliant value for money. Thank you xxx

I had such a fabulous appointment with the team, nothing was too much trouble, the enthusiasm and excitement for finding the dress was amazing. Anne-Marie and the girls are lovely ladies and we had such a laugh! Thank you again for your time.

Eleanor was really helpful and helped my daughter narrow down her choices. We arrived at a gorgeous gown which looked amazing on her. The boutique is lovely and there is a huge selection of dresses- sectioned to make choices easy. Some lovely bridesmaid dresses as well. Thanks Eleanor for making us feel so welcome.
