We contacted the bioPure team when we reopened our 10,000 sf retail furniture consignment store in May. Recently, we felt that it was important to continue applications in our store as the virus continued to strengthen this winter. We feel a sense of security knowing that we are doing our part to keep our employees and customers safe while shopping in our retail environment. bioPURE supported us through The Basketball Tournament's bubble at the Hyatt Regency Columbus. They really were amazing to work with! Operating a venue at this scale and with the caliber of clientele we had was definitely important for not only flexibility but primarily safety. bioPURE was not only professional but they also were quick and efficient. This was a big event for us to host and it was great to have the reassurance that they helped us provide a safe environment during a pandemic. We have been lucky to have them on standby if needed, they are so easy to work with and we will continue to use them in the future.

The bioPURE team is fast and responsive! For every appointment we've scheduled, the crew has arrived promptly, worked quickly and are so friendly! And scheduling is just as easy! When we had an employee test positive for COVID, I was able to get our service scheduled over the weekend for first thing Monday morning!

Every step of the process was explained to me in very easy to understand language, and my never ending questions are always answered! The team comes out in full PPE, (and i usually get the same team every time!) they are respectful of my home, professional, and polite. The team comes to my home on a bi-weekly basis; they disinfect my home, car, and any other surface I can think of!
