Biohazard Pro-Tec Crime Scene Cleanup

Had a really terrible interaction trying to get cleaning for a trauma. The person I spoke with initially was great and I told him I needed to gather other information and would reach out. I then proceeded to be called by them an hour later 3 times within 30min when I picked up the tech had terrible reception and I couldn't understand what they were saying. Later in the day after I had found another company that was easier to communicate with through text. I received another call from the first person I spoke with, they were under the impression I was trying to schedule an appointment to get the chance to interview for an application I had placed 4 months ago. I had not mentioned this application at all during the process and was seeking their service. Bio-one has been easy and quick and not nearly as problematic.

Marvin and his crew did a wonderful job cleaning two rooms. The rooms had been infested with rats. Marvin cleaned and sanitized everything. It is amazing how much better the rooms look and smell now. They were friendly and courteous, and worked hard to get it done. I highly recommend Marvin and Pro-Tech.
