Someone came at 4:45am, 1. Didn't knock on door 2. Did not introduce herself, 3. did not even ask PT to make sure she was the correct PT. 4.THEN didnt even bother to let her know what she was going to do to her before doing it to her or nothing and just poked her with a needle. No bedside manners. That's terrible!!!
