Very professional and courteous at all times. All questions and concerns were addressed with explanations being easily understood. Highly satisfied with the entire crew. They were very organized and methodical. From removal of the old system to every aspect of the installation. We were very pleased with all of their paitence and proffesional attitudes. Used these guys becuse my parents used them in midland. Overall service was great , complete replacement of the ducting and unit. Problem im having 2 years later is that I still have a damaged ceiling from them forcing and vent cover into a spot it didn't fit. Try to get it fixed when David(manager at the time) was still in san angelo, current manager tried to send a guy (plain cloths and plain truck) which my wife didn't awnser the door for because she didn't recognize him nor were we informed of his arrival (he tried to call from a number days before that i didnt recognize). Still arguing with current manager on repair that is "now my problem since I didn't awnser their guy", on the one attempt of coming out. needless to say I wont be using them again if I cant get a simple repair done on something I didn't break considering we dropped 30 grand with them. You can have an attitude and feel however you want about me , but a service is a service.

I called Billy Black HVAC at 7:00pm tonight and Phillip responded very fast and was at my house by 7:20. He got my A/C running cool, did a complete inspection on my A/C inside and out! He was very knowledgeable, professional and just an overall nice guy. First time to use Billy Black HVAC and now they will be my go to for all my heating and A/C needs! Thank You Phillip…

A-MAZING!! Billy Black HVAC came to the rescue when our builders flaked out on their warranty repairs on our mini-split. Phillip and Cody were very professional. They started with wearing shoe covers which we greatly appreciated. They quickly repaired and answered all of our questions regarding our Mini-Split and we had a lot! The appointment scheduling was easy and we appreciated the text and call to let us know ahead of time when to expect them. Great customer service and great repair service. We highly recommend!!

We moved here from NM. Due to the inefficiency of the unit previously installed in the new build by another contractor we decided to search for another contractor. Had an alert on the thermostat we had an outdoor unit communication error. We contacted Billy Black HVAC and they had a technician at my house the next morning. We’ve been having ongoing issues with our AC flooding our floors every summer for the past 4 years. It’s been the bane of our existence. We called in two different AC companies to fix it, they both tried the same methods that didn’t work. After that we tried to figure it out ourselves with the help of friends and family who had knowledge on AC systems and nothing has helped. Finally, at the end of our rope, we called Billy Black as a suggestion from one of our friends. The two men they sent out found the problem within half an hour of looking at our system and going around back, seeing that our drain line was hidden and blocked by a stray brick. They were very pleasant and professional and made sure I had everything I needed to make sure the system never leaks again!! Can’t thank them enough, 10/10 experience.
