I was very impressed with the professional manner with which I was treated at my first visit . The staff was super friendly and very helpful in helping me navigate my insurance and my other options. Dr. Low was very friendly and there was never any pressure to do any extra work on my teeth but informative as to what my teeth might need in the future. This was a very positive experience! Great office atmosphere!

Never thought l'd say this, but I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. The staff is so nice they almost made me forget someone was poking around my mouth with sharp tools. My teeth are happy, my gums survived, and I left with a free toothbrush. 10/10 would get my cavities judged here again. All jokes aside they truly are the greatest dental office around and I would recommend Dr. Low and his team to anyone in need of a dentist!

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and professional. I have had everything from cleanings to full root canals done and everything has been top notch work. Dr Lowe and his staff made sure I was comfortable and received the best dental care possible.

I am really impressed with Billings West Dental. I was immediately greeted happily and didn’t have to wait long. During the cleaning, I was asked throughout if I had any pain and I could tell everyone cared about my experience overall. I had a lot of questions and the staff and Dr. Low took the time to answer every single one, and I didn’t feel rushed. Great place to go if you suffer from dental anxiety like I do! I also got a little gift, a coffee cup, when I left which I thought was really cute.

This dental office is truly exceptional and feels like it was meant to be our family’s go-to! I was in a bind when my 19-year-old son chipped his tooth while flossing and needed to see a dentist quickly. By mistake, I called this office thinking it was a different practice. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist, I knew I’d found something special—she was warm, understanding, and immediately put me at ease. She went above and beyond to get my son an appointment right away. The care and kindness we experienced were top-notch, and the service was outstanding. We’re thrilled to switch our entire family to this practice! Highly recommend!
