Very unhappy with this experience with Sanders Moving. While they were accomodating at the beginning, we were to have our belongings packed on a Friday and moved on the following Monday. We specifically asked that the bedding not be packed, as we needed to sleep at our home two more nights, and they packed it anyway. Then, on the following Monday, as we went back to our house that we were moving out of to do final checks, two rooms, two closets, and the attic had not been packed after we clarified repeatedly with them that morning after being so unhappy with the pack out on that previous Friday. Numerous pieces of furniture were damaged and they lost a vanity. Upon talking with Caleb, he said that their truck door was damaged and therefore our vanity had been as well. He said that they would send it to a specialist for repairs and that they would get it back to us within a few weeks. We got it back nearly a month later finding it "fixed" with glue and mismatched paint. While we were somewhat compensated for having to finish the job for the movers that Monday evening, it does not make up for the poor quality of the job, damaged furniture, loss of property and added stress on top of having to move.

I have dealt with several moving companies but no one has come close to the excellent service provided by Sanders. From my initial call with Caleb, through the loading, unloading and follow up I cannot recommend this company more highly. Two truck loads of fragile goods arrived safely with no damage. The crews worked efficiently and hard at both ends of the move. Thanks for excellent service.

Outstanding service. Workers were extremely friendly and nice. Price paid was more than fair. Pool table had to be moved up two flights of stairs to the second level. I would recommend them highly for your moving needs.

I've used Sanders twice in the last year now and all have been great experiences. Caleb is very easy to work with and flexible to our schedule. The crews were respectful and kind. But most importantly Sanders is run on integrity and made sure we were taken care of throughout the process. Will certainly use Sanders again!

If I could give these people a double zero I would. They wrecked a lot of our furniture and other family belongings. We have permanent water stains on our mattresses and box springs. They could not figure out how to move a couch out of a room And we had to take it apart into three pieces and show them that it would fit through the doorway even after we took it apart .My husband and a young neighbor put it in there in one piece with no problem. Then they drug the leather down the hallway until we caught them doing it. They have no mover skills. They crammed our furniture in to a leaking truck and drove carelessly to our new home. When they opened the truck everything was tipped over on itself. We have a lot of damage and we should sue them. But by doing so it would not bring back the condition of our belongings because they did a lot of unreparable damage. Also we do not want the drama but figure we can warn people by word of mouth and leaving reviews. They tried to come over here and make it right by taking the mattresses in but they are still dirty and dingy looking and you cannot repair where they drug them and the material is missing. They also offered to fix our antique furniture by coming over with wood stain and wood putty But by that time we chose to have it done by somebody who has did woodwork before and needless to say we did not trust them anymore. Although you cannot fix chipped and missing pieces. Caleb the main supervisor? He is very very kind on the phone but does not stand behind quality workers or any integrity in his company. There is so much more to be said but whatever you do don't choose this moving company. This was our first time not moving ourselves and we are not only heartbroke but very discouraged to hire anyone else ever again. Gee thanks Sanders.

Had a crew of 3 great guys today to move our home. These guys were professional, hard working, and super helpful with everything. Hopefully we won’t need to move again anytime soon but if we did, we’d absolutely be calling again. I know we thanked you before you guys left, but really, thank you again. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Absolutely FANTASTIC service from Chris and his team. They arrived promptly at my start time, handled my belongings with care and efficiency. Team was extremely professional and nice. I have moved a lot, and this was by far the best moving company I have ever used. Could not recommend more, and I will be using Sander Moving in the future if I move again!

Had a great experience with Sanders Moving. Chris and his crew did an excellent job and wasted no time. Did the whole job in four hours from two different locations. Very courteous and respectful. Had several very heavy items and no damage done. Rates are very reasonable and they get there on time. Definitely the best I have ever used. A big thumbs up.👍

The crew with Bill Sanders moving did a great job! They saved us after another company didn’t finish the job of moving our things to storage back in the fall. Now they completed our move back into our fully renovated home! They were efficient, careful, and very professional. Despite the intense southern summer heat, they all remained upbeat and positive.
