Boy am I glad I found Bill Merola! I had been looking at a water damaged section on my livingroom ceiling for three years, contemplating how to fix it. I found Bill's name online with 5 star reviews and decided to trust what I was reading. Bill gave me a reasonable estimate and did the work a few weeks later. I am sitting here looking at the absolutely pristine job he did and thinking I'm glad I didn't try some cheap do it yourself fix. Hire a pro! Bill cut the damaged area out of the ceiling, replaced both the insulation and the plaster board and blended the new in with the old plaster. He even removed an unattractive seam on another area of my ceiling -- all on his own -- for no extra charge. He and his crew were neat, respectful of my house, and so easy to do business with. I am thrilled. Best contractor experience I have had in years. Bill knows what he us doing. If you need plaster work done, you can 100% trust Bill to do a beautiful job.

He came as promised to give us an estimate and to do the work. We really appreciated that he fit us in as soon as he could. He was very knowledgeable and skillful and did a fantastic job. He was very neat and left our house as he found it. He is a very kind, helpful and trustworthy craftsman. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Bill and his team are the ABSOLUTE BEST. We had tried to re-finish our own plaster walls in one room with the intention to do the whole house, and quickly discovered that the work is difficult, messy, and requires a true seasoned professional. Bill and his team worked quickly, were incredibly clean, had availability within a few weeks for a large project, and the price was fair. They took great care to make sure the work they were doing was as safe as possible given that we had children in the house (involved lots of plaster dust), and that we were able to use the house as much as possible while they re-finished an entire floor. This type of work requires someone who truly knows the craft, and I am so SO impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail - Bill and his team are wonderful people as well as experienced professionals, and we will be working with them again to finish up the house. Bill came out. Looked at the project. Quoted it and was done within two weeks. We have an old home with plaster ceilings. He has refinished 3 ceilings so far. Was also able to restore an entire wall that was covered with paneling. The plaster had been pulled off in areas leaving many levels to leve off before redoing the new wall.Beautiful work in all cases. Very thorough and always certain to prep to limit mess.
