We just signed up for the yearly maintenance plan which is VERY reasonably priced compared to other quotes we got. $180 for the year billed at $15 a month for 2 services a year and a bunch of perks for having the plan with them. Arnaldo came this morning and spent 2 hours doing the inspection and maintenance service. Pointing things out to us to be aware of and any recommendations without feeling like we’re being upsold on something trivial. Extremely personable and great communication, thorough inspection and service. Very please we decided on this company for the maintenance of our system.

Well, Saturday I need a new AC but it lasted 20 years in Florida so it was time and this is the company that’s honest in America still wake up America we still have good people. The two woke up. There’s still the real deal like this company out there and that’s forget American business an American company that cares amen so be to the competition by stars always win.

We wanted an efficient pool heater, but without the exorbitant price tag that comes with it. The team over at Bill Bowers took care of us! We met with Tony on one weekend. And by the following weekend, Nick and crew had us swimming in our nicely heated pool. Safe, fast, reliable, cost effective, clean. What more could you ask for? Thank guys, we appreciate your work.

Techinican, Jacob, came out to service our A/C unit and he was very respectful and helpful. He heard I was vacuuming and when he came in, he took off his shoes out of respect that I was cleaning. Very considerate and I appreciated it! I didn't ask him to do that. Very good service!

Technicians Brian and Tony responded to our residence, evaluated our air conditioning needs, on-time, very personable and highly knowledgeable and extremely professional. Coincidentally, my neighbor's saw their vehicle, spoke with them and they are using Bill Bowers A/C as well! I highly recommend them for any A/C or Heating needs and service!

Chris came out today and I asked if he could repair my old unit and he said it could be replaced and he gave me a excellent price on the blower motor so while we were talking about the replacement of the motor we talked about a whole new system and that is what I decided to do with my unit being 15 plus years old. Unfortunately during the application process to finance it was denied due to my credit score. Chris was kind enough to come by at the end of his day to do the repairs on my unit and I hope he is willing to come back to do the repair, he was very professional and gave me more information about whatever I need and was still lower than the estimate for the same repair from a different company yesterday. These guys are professionals and they are knowledgeable about what they do, when I do have my system replaced I will most definitely get it replaced with Bill Bowers.
