Absolutely amazing service! My lightning v2 needed quite a bit of work, and they replaced the handlebars, fitted new hand grips, installed a new tail light, fixed the brakes, and put on a new kickstand and brand new tires. Everything was done to a high standard and the scooter feels brand new again. What really impressed me was that they were willing to help me even though they were officially closed. That’s outstanding customer service and shows they genuinely care about their customers. Plus they are very on going people that you can start up a conversation with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electric scooter repairs and bikes. Thanks again for the excellent work Boys!

After buying my new escooter I got a flat within a week of riding it and its sat in the shed for 6 months, the boys at BSG got it back up and running within 2 hrs from dropping it there to picking it up! Will definitely be back . Cheers guys

10 out of 10. Hats off to Harley and the technician. We had a snaped off tyre valve and he was the only one that carried the manufactures specialised part. Fixed and beaded a difficult tyre in like 30min. Highly recommended. Excellent service also at an excellent price 👏 🤙

This is the second time I have used their services. Harley responds promptly. Was very surprised as he messaged me back within an hour of dropping my e-scooter that the tyre has been replaced. Thought it would be fixed in 3 days! Thanks guys.

Return customer, I was hoping to pick my scooter up after work yesterday but due to the overwhelming response by other customers it was clear to me that these guys are in high demand which in my eyes is a very good sign. Great service from Bike Scooter Garage in Marsden. I dropped my electric scooter off for a new front tyre and the communication was awesome from the start. Super friendly and easy to deal with.
