Do not purchase a Scooter or get a Scooter serviced by this company!
My son purchased a Dragon Predator from the Milton store, he rode it for 130km and he started to get throttle control errors. We dropped it back to the Milton store for a warranty fix and was told it would be a 2 week turnaround. With no phone calls or texts I called Bike Scooter City 3 weeks later, after many attempts I finally spoke to a lady and was told it would be a few more days. In the 4th week I called again and got the same response about it being another few days, I was also given access to a text portal. I used the text portal in the 5th week numerous times and never got a response.
Being a bit worried about the scooter I drove to Milton to find the store closed and gated on a Wednesday. A quick google search revealed a Sumner Bike Scooter City store so I drove there, upon arrival I was met with 2 very rude sales men that told me the scooter was there but still under repair. They assured me it would be done that day or the next day.
A week later and again nothing heard I drove back to Sumner, I was met by a salesman that honestly did not care and was so rude, I asked him for my scooter. It took him approx. 20 mins to find it and simply handed it over without apology or explanation, just a horrible look on his face. It was obvious that almost 7 weeks later the scooter had not been touched and there was no plan in place to get to it.
So after an incredible amount of time on the phone, texting and driving to find my scooter in the same condition, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement!
Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.
