Really wish i had read these reviews sooner, brought my son a Dragon GTS and a month later have an issue, no local repairer so i have to pay for shipping to get it back there to see if its covered under warranty, understandable however the process has been time consuming, not too mention son hasnt been able to ride it all school holidays and the courier has not yet been arranged and now after reading these reviews seems it is going to be a while once they have it. They need a better option.

Needed a reliable scooter for commuting, so I stopped by this place. The sales guy was knowledgeable—didn’t upsell, just gave straight advice. Test rode a couple; handling was smooth, and they felt sturdy. Prices are fair for the quality, though you could probably find cheaper if you’re willing to risk a dodgy import. What I liked: No pressure sales. Decent warranty options. Workshop on-site (handy for future servicing). What could improve: More stock for popular models (some were sold out). A bit more personality from the staff—friendly but a tad robotic. Overall, it’s a good spot if you want a no-nonsense buying experience. Not the flashiest shop, but they get the job done. Would I buy from them? Yeah, if the price was right.
