Bikanervala Irving has an excellent staff and manager who were very helpful with preparing a large order with a selections from the sweets case for a Diwali event. The sweets were fresh and beautifully presented in the boxes. We received many compliments from our customer. Then we enjoyed a lovely lunch and the flavors of the food were fantastic. The dining room is quiet which makes it easy to talk and the staff was attentive and courteous. Thank you for making our event so special.

We ordered Thali from uber eats and I loved how you can mix and match the many options available. The packaging was super cute and inticing also! The thali we got had malai kofta, dal makhani, paneer masala, rice, salad, raita, mixed veg achar, paratha, naan, papad, and a sweet. Everything tasted really good, the only thing I would say is the raita tasted like straight up cumin and both breads were very dense. The sweet was very delicious - it tasted like this coconut Mexican candy I used to get as a kid.

We had a great experience at Bikanervala in Dallas! Tried Chole Bhature, Pani Puri, and Raj Kachori — everything was fresh, tasty, and full of authentic flavors. We also picked up some Indian sweets which were equally amazing. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving real Indian food in Dallas!

It was very disappointing. We tried quite a few items starting with Samosa, Raj Kachori, Chole bature and their seasonal Thali with masala chai. Nothing was really tasteful, and the prices were a bit on the higher end. The service was quick, but the food was not up to the mark and there was no taste at all, very oily, definitely not worth the price. Definitely I have tried better places with good chaats in Irving.

We stopped by this restaurant for breakfast after completing a 5K and arrived just as they opened. The ambiance was peaceful and spiritual, with Hanuman Chalisa playing in the background, a lovely way to start the morning. Our group ordered a variety of dishes: three different types of thalis, chhole bhature, and kachori with aloo sabji chaat. The aloo subji was our groups favorite. It perfectly spice and flavorful. It reminded of subji we get in UP, India. chhole bhature was the next dish that the group liked, which were well-executed and satisfying. However, the thalis were a bit inconsistent. Each had at least one item that missed the mark, such as a hard poori, overly sweet sabji, or daal that lacked enough salt. Based on our experience, we’d recommend skipping the thalis and opting for individual items instead. We also tried the rosogullas and khandvi, and both were delicious—fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Overall, a mixed experience, but definitely worth visiting for chat items, bhatures, and sweets.

I have been to Bikanervala a few times now and posting my review based off of those experiences. My go to dish over here is the chole bhature and honestly I can rate that dish and restaurant at 5 just because how consistently authentic that dish has tasted at the place. The bhatura is light and even though deep fried has never felt heavy(I stop at one :)). The chole always pack a punch. Surprisingly, the side achar is also pretty epic. All in all, a solid dish!!!! I have had Kachori and Pav Bhaji here, which were pretty good too. Haven’t gone around experimenting with other chat options so cannot comment. The sweets section, is also a standout section. I think I have found a new normal. Can’t believe, I had to rely on Royal Sweets for the longest of time. The sweets are a touch pricier but it shows in the quality (I have had Rashgulla and Rasmalai and both were on point). I’d recommend this sweet shop over any other is DFW probably. Go try it out!!!

I recently had breakfast at Bikanerwala, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you’re craving authentic Indian flavors in a clean, vibrant setting, this place should be at the top of your list. We ordered puri sabji, chole bhature, a variety of chaat, and tea—each item was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The puri was hot and fluffy, served with a well-seasoned aloo sabji that had just the right amount of heat. The chole bhature was equally impressive—crispy bhature with rich, aromatic chole. The chaat was a burst of textures and tangy flavors, and the tea was a comforting finish, brewed to perfection. The ambiance was clean and lively, and service was quick despite the morning rush. Prices were reasonable considering the quality and variety offered. I strongly recommend Bikanerwala for anyone looking for a hearty and satisfying Indian breakfast. It’s a perfect blend of tradition, taste, and value.

Tried out Bikanervala in Irving today after a friend told me it’s kind of like Haldiram’s from back home. We were actually headed to Hashtag Mandi next door but decided to check this place out instead. Glad we did. The vibe was exactly what I expected. Simple setup with wooden tables and clean seating, nice lighting, and a calm atmosphere. First thing you notice when you walk in is a huge spread of North Indian sweets, all looking fresh and tempting. We found a table and ordered samosa chaat, two plates of chole bhature, aloo paratha, pav bhaji, and two diet cokes. The bill came to about 65 dollars which felt fair for the amount of food we got. What I really liked was how smooth their service was. Instead of shouting out names or numbers like in most places, they’ve got a speaker system that announces your order number clearly. Super helpful, especially if it gets crowded. Food-wise, we enjoyed every single thing. Samosa chaat was full of flavor and looked great too. Chole bhature was probably our favorite. We’re South Indians, so can’t say how authentic it is, but it tasted amazing to us. The aloo paratha and pav bhaji were also really good and comforting. The place is clean and well maintained. I saw the staff actively cleaning up and keeping the space neat, which was great to see. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you're craving North Indian food. Would definitely go back.

We took take out of aloo tikki chat, vada pav, and a fresh lime soda (not pictured). It had that Desi vibe going. The sweet section looked amazing but they didn’t have the sweet I really wanted, so skipped it this time. Prices seem to be a little over the top for the taste. They were giving out motichoor ladoo on occasion of Mothers Day and it tasted really good. The vada pav was amazing and I really enjoyed it. The aloo tikki that was so-so. Not so great as to lick the bowl clean. Will have to try more items to decide if it’s worth the hype or not.

We went during lunch hours, and it was quite packed—getting a table took some time, so plan ahead if you’re going during peak time. We tried several dishes and most were delicious. The only miss for us was the sooji puri in the panipuri—it wasn’t quite what we expected. But overall, definitely worth trying!
