We stopped by this restaurant for breakfast after completing a 5K and arrived just as they opened. The ambiance was peaceful and spiritual, with Hanuman Chalisa playing in the background, a lovely way to start the morning.
Our group ordered a variety of dishes: three different types of thalis, chhole bhature, and kachori with aloo sabji chaat. The aloo subji was our groups favorite. It perfectly spice and flavorful. It reminded of subji we get in UP, India. chhole bhature was the next dish that the group liked, which were well-executed and satisfying.
However, the thalis were a bit inconsistent. Each had at least one item that missed the mark, such as a hard poori, overly sweet sabji, or daal that lacked enough salt. Based on our experience, we’d recommend skipping the thalis and opting for individual items instead.
We also tried the rosogullas and khandvi, and both were delicious—fresh, authentic, and full of flavor.
Overall, a mixed experience, but definitely worth visiting for chat items, bhatures, and sweets.
