Bigfoot Windows and Roofing

Excellent! Bigfoot sourced and installed seven exterior doors and a window in our home. They were very professional from the start to finish and follow-ups. Calls were always returned same day, many times immediately. They made several ‘site visits’ to understand the scope of our project to assure there be no suprises for either of us. Bigfoot provided clean and efficient installation. Their installation team of five did a great job. Clean, polite, and ‘walked us through’ the entire install before they began and before they left to assure we were satisfied. Top knotch company. We chose Walnut finish on the Mr Glass swing doors and very tall DWS sliding pocket doors. Our sliders open 24 feet and are so beautiful. Product and installation… We are very happy!

Bigfoot great was from start to finish. We had all our expectations met. They were able to install the style of window and doors we were looking for while remaining within our budget. From the time of ordering each window to the install we were kept in constant communication and updates. We hit a snag unrelated to Bigfoot but they were able to offer a solution and carry out the project with no major delay. I’m beyond happy with all the work they completed and would recommend to anyone looking for windows and doors. There were many people involved throughout this process and all were fantastic from Michael (our initial estimator), to Brady and Darryl (who answered all questions throughout and oversaw installation), Darryl was able to provide me the appropriate documentation to submit to insurance in order to get the major window covered. all the guys from Bigfoot that installed windows and doors (they were very professional and made sure to keep my house/yard clean), Carlos and Miguel who did all the finishing touches to my window making it look seamless. And Leo who oversaw the final completion and scheduled inspection.

We recently had impact windows installed throughout our home by BigFoot Constructions, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Alex was great to work with. He came out right away for the initial visit, went room by room, and took his time making sure every measurement was accurate instead of rushing through it. About a week later, he sent over the estimate and walked us through all the different options – doors, glass types, and specs – making sure we really understood what we were choosing, even though everything was impact-rated. It never felt like a sales pitch, more like someone helping us make the right decision for our home. Once we placed the order, the whole team came back out – Alex, Brady, and Leo. They introduced themselves, re-measured every opening very precisely, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They also brought up things you don’t even think about until you’re in the middle of a project like this, like which way you want certain windows or doors to open, how that affects furniture placement, airflow, and everyday use. Their suggestions were logical and very practical, and they definitely improved the final layout. The windows themselves took several weeks to be manufactured, which we expected, and the city permits/inspections added a bit more time. Throughout that whole period, they kept in touch, so we never had to chase anyone down or guess what was happening next. Once everything was ready, Leo, the project manager, reached out to schedule installation – and he is truly amazing at what he does. He’s organized, detail-oriented, and kept us informed at every step so we always knew what was happening next. His installation crew came out for three days in a row, working 8–9 hours each day to handle our 18 openings. I’ve seen other companies rush through a job like this in a few hours; this team clearly focused on doing it right, not just doing it fast. They were extremely professional, respectful of our home, and their work was very clean. Leo didn’t just show up once and disappear. He constantly checked on the job, inspected every window, and made sure the details were perfect. Even without him standing over their shoulders, the crew’s work was impeccable, but Leo is very particular (in a good way) and made sure everything was 110% before calling it done. The cleanup was also outstanding: the crew picked everything up, swept, vacuumed, and cleaned up after themselves every day. If you left the house and came back after they were done, the only thing you’d notice is the new windows. We also had some decorative panel designs installed on our front door through one of their partner companies. I wasn’t happy with the initial caulking on the panels, so I texted Leo. He immediately contacted the supervisor, and they had someone out the very next morning to re-caulk the entire thing. Now it looks perfect. Leo doesn’t let anything slide and genuinely does everything to the best of his ability without us having to push for it. As for the windows themselves: yes, they’re impact-rated for hurricanes, which is the main reason we did this, but the everyday difference is huge. Compared to our older windows, the house is noticeably quieter, the temperature stays more stable, and you can tell everything is sealed up tight all the way around. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work and with BigFoot Constructions as a company. They truly handled everything from start to finish – from dealing with the city, permits, to coordinating all three inspections (pre, in-process, and final), to the installation and thorough cleanup. For a project of this size with 18 openings, they made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. You can tell their values are about doing things the right way the first time, not just making a quick sale and trying to fix things later. Everyone was professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering impact windows.

Had the best crew working on my windows.. They were quick and very efficient.. can’t thank them enough especially Leo .here is the finish product. They .. the crew a Leo (especially)did a super more they great job.I can’t say enough on what a super Job they did. I need to add how this team especially Leo. Managed to get his team to reinstall. My shades that were an impossible project. I can’t say enough o about this team. They went above and beyond to add the finishing touch to my windows. Thought I would have to purchase new ones.. I recently replaced my front door. I’m incredibly impressed with the service and quality of workmanship done by BigFoot. We had three gentlemen, Yuniel, Andy, and Lester, who did an amazing job on my front doors. Their work was efficient, and they were very detail oriented. My experience with Big Foot including Alex and Leo has been so positive, I will 100% be using them for any future work. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Not sure where to begin, but it started with Erika who recommended Big Foot. Arturo began the process, Leo and two amazing guys Yainier and Alain who removed doors, inside doors, neatly, and left my home in a clean condition. The process for the quote and payment system was easy. I am always kept informed of the next step and updated by a phone call, text message, or email. When I explained exactly what I wanted they understood and was clear on the diagrams etc. Big Foot Construction totally understood my needs and aesthetics I wanted. Leo, project manager and Arturo always checking in. Leo was on scene for the larger part of the day. BIGFOOT gave me my perfect sliding doors and a smaller section of doors on my patio. The whole process is amazing. My doors are exactly what I wanted, the threshold perfect...and white. Everything I asked for. I am not looking through wide sections of framing, They prepped and cleaned. This was not an easy install, but a perfect one by Big Foot Construction. I am so happy. I have no reservation about recommending Big Foot. In fact, my front door and other doors will follow in being replaced. Thank you Big Foot for understanding, design work, updates, and installing. Inspection is coming up, and completing the little cosmetic work. I can simply say " thank you". I must add, I was very hesitant on my tile having to be cut. They promised me it would be perfect. Part 3 and Final Well, to perfection Yainier came in and completed the finishing. The plaster around the frame and chalking beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. The doors installed are amazing. A lot of hurticane glass, beautiful frame, and the install simple, clean. One day installation..I did not wait months and months for doors to come in. They knew hurricane season was around the corner and they wanted to get this in. THEY DID IT!!! My kitten has his play room, and we both sit, watch nature either on the enclosed patio or living room. For all of you thinking of sliding doors, windows etc. Call Big Foot Construction first. They are efficient, clean, trustworthy, and respectful. Leo, always came on site and checked in with the install. I do not know what else to say to: The entire Big Foot Construction firm, but thank you for making my home...beautiful. Part Four: Inspection...PASSED I could not be happier. Before you go searching for doors, windows, etc. Call Big Foot Construction. Amazing, beautiful work. I am absolutely thrilled. I began drafting a letter to the Better Business Bureau, complimentary reasons, only to realize they only handle complaints.I should have known that one. ....NO COMPLAINTS HERE. I recently had my impact windows installed by BigFoot, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of both the materials and the workmanship was excellent, and from start to finish their customer service was outstanding. They stayed on top of every detail and made sure the entire process went smoothly. Thank you to Leo and Arturo, for guiding me and communicating with me through this entire process. Leo, the production manager, went above and beyond by not only overseeing the project but also jumping in hands-on to help me move a few items so the crew could get the job done quickly. The installation crew (Maykel, Marlon, and Reinaldo) were phenomenal. They worked efficiently, treated my home with care, and made sure everything was protected so nothing got damaged. Their professionalism and speed were impressive. BigFoot was referred to me, and after this experience, I’ll absolutely be referring them to others who want impact windows.

Big Foot installed hurricane windows on a townhouse and did an amazing job! Communication was excellent and Leo went above and beyond to help us with the warranty! He took care of everything quickly! He was great! Highly recommend!

Bigfoot construction is definitely your one stop shop for impact windows and roofing! We recently hired them to put a new impact windows and doors on our rental property in Pinecrest. Communication was important to us since we live out of town. We were kept in the loop throughout the whole process, the guys kept a clean job site and we thought the pricing was excellent. Super happy with the results, We will be using them again to redo our roof as well! *5 STARS*
