When I heard my insurance company had red-flagged our electrical panel for safety concerns, I was concerned. I obtained two bids on the job. BigFoot’s bid was the most specific and their price was clearly the most reasonable. I am overjoyed with the results. In a long days work, Cesilio and Juan, headed up by Brian completely upgraded the panel. They even addressed all the odd wiring throughout the room. Their attention to detail is a reflection of their professionalism. They have many reasons to be proud of their work. Like BigFoot, someday they may be a legend in the PNW! Great Job!

Bigfoot Electric did an outstanding job and was absolutely pivotal in our ability to get The Heights Self Storage facility up and running. There was not part of this project that was too big or too small for them from keypad to kiosk, and outlets to lighting, every part of the project was handled with great attitudes, knowledge, and skill. Thank you Bigfoot Electric.

Really impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Alex and the timeliness of the service. Alex showed up to my shop within 45 minutes of my call. I called 4 other electricians that didn't even answer. I will definitely call Bigfoot Electric with any future issues. Thanks guys!

I had scheduled Brian to give me an estimate on some work needed for a remodel. We walked the house together and everything seemed fine. After, I had to keep calling the office to try to get a final contract sent over so we can start the work. Brian said I was being “pushy” simply because I asked him to give me a date of when they can begin the work. After 3 weeks of trying to get something going, he never sent me over anything to sign and decided not to take on the job. If he would have been honest enough to say he couldn’t take on the job for whatever reason, everything would have been fine, but he decided to put the blame on me. Unprofessional and unreliable. I did like his secretary Sarah though, she’s nice.

Thanks to Bigfoot Electric we saved $3500! We had another electric company bid on a job yet questioned their findings. We called out Bigfoot! Rather than make assumptions, they started with a fresh mind and reinvestigated the situation. Presto! In doing so an alternative solution was found that was thousands of dollars less! They truly know how to be service to the customer! The experience their senior electricians bring to the job is priceless. We already called them out again.

I've used their services twice now. The first time everything worked out great and I was even billed a reasonable fee for the services rendered. However this latest time I received services from them I ended up receiving a bill that was extremely high. The Electrician that showed up was only here for a total of 18 minutes and the round trip from their Business location to my home is a total of 10 minutes for a total time of 28 minutes that they spent on my issues. However when they sent me a bill for the service I was charged for a total of 1.5 hours instead of just 0.5 hours. When I called them about how much my bill was being over charged (Padded) they said that they were going to reduce it to 1.0 hours. That's still double billing me for what they did but I guess it's better than being triple billed. None the less I most certainly will not be using their services again after this as I just don't appreciate being taken advantage of as a disabled elderly person and veteran.

Bigfoot was quick to respond to our service call. We had no power to our water pump. Alex came out and had us up and running in no time!!!! Alex was very knowledgeable and professional. Would call Bigfoot (Alex) again in a heartbeat!!!!

Well, they came out same day and it was a quick and easy repair. But we had no idea or communication from them that there would be a minimum trip fee of $120 PLUS 2 hours of labor for a 15 minute repair. Repair tech was very nice, but we will not use again due to the exorbitant rates they charge.

Jim was incredible! Fast, thorough and incredibly polite. He explained everything to me as he went along. Replaced our AC disconnect and got us up and running again in no time. It's a huge relief to have a nice cool house to come home to at 8 months pregnant! Thank you guys so much!

Great first time experience with these guys! Armando was professional and quick. He did a great job installing a double wall outlet. We will use them again!
