Second time I've used Gabriel his years of experience truly show. I found myself in a pinch with a tricky water line that was the main feed to the house it did not have much room for error, any mistakes made would have been a lot more digging which meant a lot more man-hours. Gabriel and his team worked efficiently and got the job done. I highly recommend Big Bear Plumbing especially if you are looking for an experienced plumber that is punctual, professional, respectful, and very communicative.

Poor Service, Overpriced, and Incomplete Work I had a disappointing experience with this plumber. A few days after he performed a descaling on my tankless water heater, an error code appeared. When I called him, his immediate response was that mechanical parts fail. I asked him to at least come and inspect the unit before making that determination over the phone, but he said the earliest he could come was four days later and "this is not on him". Eventually I learned that the annual service should include both descaling the heat exchanger and cleaning the filters, which means the service I received was incomplete. On top of that, the pricing was not transparent. He initially quoted $99, but when he arrived he demanded $175 + $75 for placing the ScaleCutter. Overall, I found the workmanship poor, the customer service dismissive, and the pricing unjustified.

Gabriel is a very skillful plumber, conscientious and hard working. He is very knowledgeable. Gabriel and his worker stayed all day and did a tremendous job doing various plumbing services in my home. Highly recommended!

These guys are top notch. All three of my outdoor spigots were “glued” to my hoses which really wasn’t an emergency like a water heater going out, or a leak, but it was something I needed to get done asap so I could use my new hoses. Gabriel responded immediately ( and I do mean within one minute) to my online request at 8pm the other night, and came out the next morning to remove and replace them. He was very thorough in explaining everything he needed to do, and went out of his way (in my opinion) to include me in all aspects of the work. I think I just found my new favorite plumber! P.S. I checked online re pricing and he was right there in the ballpark so…no gouging. :-)
