Big Toe Towing

Julian was an absolute rockstar and a professional. I got my GT350 stuck and he skillfully managed to get it on the flat bed with no issue. He was there within 15 minutes and didn’t scratch the bottom of a VERY low car. Would definitely recommend if you’re in a pickle this winter

I was very impressed with Big Toe Towing, who was sent by AAA. The driver was professional and kept me posted on the arrival time. She took my car, keys and deposited them at the overnight box at the tire repair shop. I was very tired and grateful that tow driver took care of dropping off car and keys. Thank you so much!

I had left the keys with the car to be towed as I couldn’t be there. After waiting two hours after the drive said they were on their way to the car I called to make sure everything was okay. The driver said they couldn’t tow the car because of its condition and nobody called me to let me know. Their dispatcher claims nobody told them the condition of the car either which is false because I told the driver everything about the condition of the car.

The price was great. The wait time was super reasonable. The dispatch was kind and very helpful. The driver was amazing. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I was overcharged for my tow. The distance between pickup and delivery was less that 5 miles. Big Toe charged me $363. I was also told the wait would be 1 hour. The wait was 1.5 hours. I asked for a discount for the extra time I had to wait but Big Toe declined. I cannot recommend Big Toe and will not use them again. Response to owner When I called I was not quoted a price for my tow. If I would have been told it was going to be $363 I would have declined. I also did not receive a phone call to advise me the wait time was going to be an additional 30 minutes. Poor customer service from start to finish.

Engine failed, called they provided some simple text instructions, replied with location and destination, they replied with reasonable price, they showed up sooner than others. Driver was nice and a normal dude who flatbed my SUV pretty quickly and easily. Nobody's happy when having to call tow trucking but they made the day go by much smoother than it had been.

This was the second towing that AAA contacted so I waited a long time for them (not at all their fault).. Once they were involved A human called mecalled me, gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would be and the tow driver was just extremely nice He let me yammer on about my horrible wait and weird AI text conversation with the AAA AI Bot named Ripley.

I didn't get to meet Edgar in person but he came through when I was left by the initial tow truck driver on the side of the highway, and had amazing communication which made me feel at ease. So grateful for the stellar service he provided.

Really appreciated the help when I was stranded on the side of the road and knew nothing about how to change a tire. 10/10 recommend. They were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced!! Your number is officially saved in my phone for future needs.
