Mike and the guys here are top notch. I snapped a leaf spring at 7am, they had me in the shop an hour later, tearing down my truck. They got the parts and had me back on the road by 1pm same day. downtime is detrimental for an owner op like me and they understand that and got me back up and going within hours. I Cant say enough about Mike and the guys here. Will defiantly use them again and will recommended them in the future. Thanks again for getting me rolling Mike.

Great place! Mike and Matt are knowledgeable. We needed a new 5th wheel and breaks and hubs all around on our Semi truck. Took great care of us! Family owned and operated. We are local, so we will be returning. They also have 24-hour service!

Driver had air leak made service call with them, I was given ETA of 2 hours, and guy named JUSTIN arrived on time fixed the issue in no time and charged very genuinely considering it was during weekend, and they had to drive 2 hours to reach driver's location. Will recommend calling BIG RIG in case you need any service.

Mike was very helpful and send Bryan to fixed the purge valve freighter liner 2020 Near Indianapolis.IN Bryan was smart and make temporary repairs very quickly. But attitudes were crazy when he came.

Had a wheel seal repair,something went wrong and the owner took it appon himself to make it right, he sent a tow truck to pick me up and went well beyond what a business owner would do. As a business owner myself I really appreciated his dedication. I highly recommend this company for mine and your tractor trailer repair

I had a wonderful experience with Justin here at Big Rig Repair Services, Justin was able to diagnose the solenoid on the starter to be bad, Justin replaced my starter the same night and thanks to him my driver is back on the road, can’t thank him enough, price was extremely fair as well, if your broke down in this area look no further you’ve found your shop right here 👍👍

Had fan belt come off as I was delivering in Anderson, Indiana. Once I got into a door, looked for truck repair close and found Big Rig. Called and explained my dilemma and they gave me directions to thier shop only 3 miles away. As soon as I arrived they got right on me to assess the issue and got parts ordered and delivered. Of course after replacing the belt and Idler pully, when the belt came off it took out the low coolant sensor. Lee, the mechanic, not a technician, a Mechanic figured out how to fix it without replacing! Saved me from being stuck all weekend waiting on a part!!! The bill was very fair for everything they did! I'm very Happy!
