Big K Pawn Shop

The woman at the front desk was honest and respectful when telling me she wouldn't be able to offer me close to anything that would make me happy for my electric scooter. She explained she couldn't seem to get rid of them when they do come in and that is understandable. She even directed me towards other pawn shops that would be able and willing to give me a better offer. Definitely go in and check them out.

Business here I would just go somewhere else. The guy doesn’t even look up prices. Try to lowball on everything.

Save yourself time and money and go someplace else. They act like you are bothering them by entering the store. No greeting even though I was the only one there. The store looks like a swap meet and they either low ball you or don't even make an offer, then try to sell for more than it's worth. Go to a real pawn shop instead.

Lady inside store very unfriendly no smile no greet. and has a deep rough voice as if she is not wanting to be there or she is upset about something. I just left without doing business. She needs to learn customer service and be retrained on good customer service instead of setting down and being on her phone playing games.

Yeah, I can see why this place has a three star rating. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Terrible attitude. Cocky arrogant. I’ve mever once been in here? With out having to jump thru MASSIVE hoops. The first time? (I had an iPad10rh gen. They wouldn’t take it unless it was 80% charged. Ok. So I leave. Come back two days later. NOW? It was, they wanted me to remove my screen protector. These people are scum of the earth. If ya gotta pawn something? I HIGHLY recommend Sooner Pawn down on 23rd. They’re not shysters. Yukon needs at least one more pawn shop. This place should be shut ENTIRELY down…

My husband & I got a great deal on a brand new jack for my SUV. The staff is friendly & professional! Good vibes & knowledgeable people. We will continue to do business with them in the future for sure!

Went in today to sell my drone they don't know what they are doing or have any idea of how to run a pawn store. There where only 3 other customers not counting us. Took them long time to look up the drone then only offerd me 20.00. I paid alot more than that. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are way over priced there are things in there that you can go to a regular store and by way cheaper. Not only that they are extremely rude inconsiderate so with that being said do NOT go there

This was the best experience ever in a pawn shop they helped me find a great guitar and amp and let me put it on lay away for a great deal. They got kind people and there service is great. The guitar and amp was $169 and he said he can take 20% off and he through in a case, strings, picks, tuner, and a strap I highly recommend this place.

These guys really helped out my son in finding the right guitar and amp!! My son is a new musician just beginning to develope his talent and the manager Lester went above and beyond in helping us get the right guitar and azz mo for him to start out with. Lester himself is a musician and I could tell that he really enjoys helping out other musicians who are just getting started. He not only knocked $20 off of the total cost but also threw in a guitar case, a tuner, 1 free set of new guitar strings, a guitar strap, and a few picks all free to help my son get started!!! This was BY FAR the very BEST experience I've EVER had at a pawn shop!! I couldn't believe how helpful they were!!! They seemed to truly care!!! I highly reccomend this pawn shop not only for new musicians, but also for anyone seeking to utilize a pawn shop for any other goods or services typically offered by such establishments!!! Walked in with 365.00 worth of brand new, still in the box, hydraulic jacks with stands. Know how much I got for selling them? 70.00. That's it. Word of advice? NEVER SELL ANYTHING TO AN OKLAHOMA PAWN SHOP. Any one place you go won't give you a fair price. Doesn't matter what shape it's in.
