Big G Towing & Recovery

While driving through Manti, I noticed a loud noise coming from the car. When I pulled over, I discovered one of my tires was nearly flat. It is Saturday and no tire stores or garages are open, and I don't carry a decent jack with me. I called Big G and he dropped what he was doing, drove to me, and inflated my tire so that I could drive to his service station. Once there, it was clear my tire was beyond repair. He installed my donut spare, and charged me a very modest fee. I would recommend him any day. Thanks, Big G!!

While traveling through the area, my truck experienced power steering problems. Big G went above and beyond to fix my truck quickly so I could get back on the road! Customer service was great, and their pricing was very fair! I would highly recommend them.

On our way out of town we had a funky sound coming from one of our wheels. It was snowing and we needed to get on our way and the guys here got us in quick and helped us with the issue. They were awesome! Best experience I’ve had with a mechanic shop.

No one likes to take their car in to a mechanic.... I'm grateful Big G diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were honest with their work and honest with their price. I usually do my own repairs, but wouldn't hesitate taking any of my vehicles in.

I took my Toyota in last winter because I noticed my car wouldn’t start, would not accelerate properly, heating and cooling needle would move back and forth, and heater and cooler wouldn’t work… so I took it into Big G to have them inspect the issue and I come back prepared to pay and they tell me that the engine completely died and everything else was toast and needed replacing. He couldn’t fix just one small thing for my car to work again so he said the only thing I could do was buy a new engine or sell the car. I chose to sell the car. (Considering I didn’t have the money) Big G offered to tow it home for me and he was very friendly and honest with me about my car. I’m so grateful Big G was able to diagnose everything wrong with it. Since then I didn’t know how to inspect issues at all, but since the problems with my Toyota I’ve woken up to be more aware of possible issues with my future cars now. I now have a 2004 Hyundai Sonata that I’m going to be taking into him for repairs for the long run! Big G is always so supportive, honest, and friendly :) highly recommend!
