Above and beyond does not even begin to describe the service I have received from Patrick and Charles. I was in a situation where a customer of mine needed some junk removed from a commercial property asap. I started making calls and luckily for me, one of them was too Big Dumps Disposal! I had never used them before, I was a new customer, I had a rush situation, I was demanding, and they treated me like I was their best life long customer! Did I mention that they immediately started bringing me containers that day?!?! They coordinated with my crew to get the containers cycled out quickly and it was like a well oiled machine. Their customer dashboard kept me informed every step of the way, so I always knew when the next container was arriving. Online invoicing and payment options made it easy to do business with them. Buyer Corrector! Dumpster was on site 4 days Monday thru Thursday. I ordered a dumpster 6/21/2025 [A Saturday] with the understanding that I had 7 days to load it. It was picked up at 7:45 am 6/27 before the day started. It was 1/2 full with all the debris sitting right next to it. There was no call. No notification from driver. Just came before we showed up for work and took it. Every othe company has let us know they were coming. We could have put the remaining debris in the dumpster in minutes but they didnt care enough to call or ask. Apparently, and here's what you need to watch for - Day 1 [a Saturday] I ordered it and gave them $600 [this counts as day 1] The next day was Sunday but counts as day 2 [Mind you there is still no dumpster physically on site]. Dumpster delivered Monday and given 4 full days of Dumpster being on site.
