Called Big Daddy towing for a tow to dealership. Amir arrived within 20 minutes. Got the car to start however suggested he tow to dealer for a diagnostic test as he was already there and insurance was paying for tow. i Ineeded spark plugs replaced. Amazing service from this company to come get our 43 foot motor home towed from Monroe, NC to our office in Matthews, NC. Came out about 9:15 to parking lot on Hwy 74 where were stranded due to engine problems. They are very experienced in towing motor homes and took great care in getting it hooked up to their wrecker. Definitely a company to recommend.

I was on my way to my brother’s house in Charlotte when I had a flat about a mile from my exit. I called Dig Daddy Towing to change my tire. Surprisingly, they had someone about 10 minutes away. Henry arrived quickly, was friendly, and went about changing my tire efficiently. Not that I’ve had a lot but this is the best roadside service experience that I’ve ever had! Highly recommend them!

My Dodge Ram 2500 broke down. I called Big Daddy towing at 1:45pm, the guy on the phone was very friendly and dispatched a driver to me. At 2:07pm Amir, the driver sent to me pulled up. Loaded my truck quickly and took my truck to my house. Amir was super friendly, talkative, and knew what he was doing.
