Big B's Emergency roadside assitance

My wife and I hit a pothole that blew two of our tires while we were 200+ miles from home — at 9:30 pm on a cold, rainy Friday night. We had no idea how we were going to get back on the road. We called a few other emergency roadside assistance numbers and didn’t get an answer, but Brandon picked up and got us taken care of quickly. We spoke with Shakira to iron out all the details (invoicing, where we were, estimated tow arrival) who allayed any worries we had and even offered to stay on the phone with us until Brandon could get there (and it was only a 35 minute wait!). She was so personable and kind - exactly what you need when you’re in a panic! Brandon towed our car (and us) to a shop and was able to replace both tires and get us back on the road safely. Their prices were also incredibly affordable, especially for 24/7 assistance! We are so thankful for their service and kindness. Called Big B on a Sunday and told him my car needed to be moved before midnight and he got it done and to the drop off place before midnight. Very responsive and great rate for the tow. Need a tow or roadside assistance in a timely manner..call BIG B..he won't disappoint! He is now a contact in my phone. He is definitely on his 5h1+!!!

Omg i was so scared when it was getting dark and my car wouldn't start. I'm so glad I called BIG B's. The lady on the phone was super sweet and comforting in making me feel like everything was going to be ok. The gentleman was so friendly and efficient. I was surprised at how affordable it was! I definitely was not expecting that. Big B's is definitely my now go to next time I need assistance!!

Efficient and professional! My car needed a tow to a EV charger, and he came as quick as he could! He even stuck around for a little bit to make sure we were all taken care of. When things didn’t work out with charging my car, he came right back that same night and towed it back to our house. Super nice, he cares about his job and customers, and gets the job done! I would definitely use him again for any towing services, and I would recommend him for anybody else who is looking for a fair price and good service!!

Big B's was amazing. They were well organized with great communication. Dispatch and driver were both the sweetest people. Not to mention their very reasonable pricing. Nobody likes to have to get a tow, but if you're in their area, Big B's is the one to call.

Super helpful. Had to have my Wife’s car towed to a charging station. And he was super nice about the whole situation. He stayed at the charging station with us to make sure the car would charge. The car needed towed again real late at night and he made sure to still tow it. He was very helpful about everything and was also priced very well. Absolutely recommend calling Big B’s if you need help with anything.

Great, fast, reliable service. Highly recommend, had another company perform the same service last week for much more and had to assist the driver with the service…. Big B came and told me take it easy and had it done before I could check my phone. Don’t wait just call now

Brandon was here within 15 minutes of my call. Brandon was kind and courteous and excellently removed the car from the ditch with his winch. He could have charged a lot but was reasonable with the price and didn’t take advantage of the emergency. If you have an emergency, Brandon is the guy to call. 10/10

I hit a pothole on Dr MLK last night and blew my tire as well as another lady in her car right behind me! Unknowingly we both called Big B's! The owner Branden showed up, changed her tire with the quickness, put my car on the tow trailer, politely opened the door to his truck n assist me getting up in there 😂, took me home, and offered to take my car to the dealership so they can replace my tire as soon as they open! The dispatch person was very professional and honest about the process and pricing. Mr Big B was so professional and kind. He was so concerned about helping me make sure I was going to get my tire fixed. He really went the extra mile as a human being not just as a business owner!!! Thank you Branden!!!! Brandon is a knowledgeable angel who happened to be in the right spot at the right time to help me. I had been on the side of the highway after running out of gas in my hybrid. Even after filling it with over three gallons, the hybrid battery was now too dead to start. Two different cops tried to help me for two hours and at that point AAA was still 120+ minutes out. Seemingly out of nowhere, Brandon pulled off the highway and backed up to me on the shoulder, walked up and asked if everything was ok, and then decided to take a crack at it himself after I explained the situation. He knew several tips and tricks for my touchy hybrid system, and had me back on the road within 5 minutes. Unbelievably grateful for him and his skill set (not to mention his warmth and kindness)! So glad I have his information now for any future misadventures, especially since he serves a massive area here in Indianapolis+. Brandon is good people. 10/10 would recommend
