5 Stars across the board! Amazing Customer Service and professionalism, all while having a smile and kind hearted attitude. Honestly, Bryan helped me with a collision I was involved with and they were on-site before I even knew what had happened, they helped clean up and organized everything even down to getting me and my partner safe and ensured that my vehicle (Or what was left of it), would be safe and secured at their compound. They even stayed to make sure that my partner and I, had a safe ride home after dropping us off at the collision center in Barrie. I have never been in an accident before and have been driving for more than 20 years now! I will be recommending Bryan & Sons for any future incidents, God forbid that it happens, but I know that when they are called they won't stop until everyone is safe and reassured that you will be in good hands! I can't thank them enough! They are true hero's for all the work they do and all that they have to go through on a daily basis. Godspeed and God bless!

My back tire went completely flat from the potholes, and after calling another tow company who asked a million unnecessary questions, I was so frustrated I hung up. I then called Big Brian & Sons Towing and the experience was night and day. They asked minimal questions, provided fast service, and showed real personal care from start to finish. Brian (the owner) towed my vehicle straight to my personal mechanic and even gave me a ride home — with laughs the whole way. Truly top-tier customer service. My family is very unique. Last night while trying to get home the ball bearing on my fathers vehicle broke. We desperately were trying not only to find a tow truck but one that hopefully he could climb into as well to get home (his legs have rods so a big flatbed would have been nearly impossible to get in) they were kind, helpful and all around an amazing experience. I my self can attest my family doesn't handle stress well and I know they can be a handful. But you can't get better than this amazing family duo.

This morning, I was broken down on the 400 between duckworth and bayfield freezing cold. I called for a tow from another company and all I got was a automated ai voice which didn't help at all. I called Bryan & son towing for help and got through right away. Bryan rushed over to help me bring my car to my local Honda dealership and even offered me a hot coffee after sitting on my frozen car for an hour. The generosity and kindness shown by this man was incredibly reasuring and helpful in my time of need and couldn't recommend his services enough. If you need a tow or a boost Bryan & son towing will bend over backwards to help you.
