Great, fast and reliable service
I recently rented a large garbage bin from Big Bin Rentals and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was easy, and they delivered the bin right on time.
It was clean, sturdy, and perfect for my renovation project. Their pricing was fair, and they were very upfront about any fees. When I was done, they picked it up promptly with no hassle. Highly recommend their services for anyone needing a reliable waste disposal solution!

I had a horrible experience with Big Bin Rentals and strongly advise others to avoid them. On day one, they told me the bin would arrive at a specific time, so I scheduled workers around that. The bin showed up five hours late, wasting time and costing me money for labor that couldn’t proceed.
It got worse from there. I ordered a second bin, and instead of just dropping it off, they took that second bin while it was still 3/4 full, without warning. This forced me to order a third bin, driving up my costs even more.
The billing process was just as frustrating. They kept calling me demanding payment, even though I repeatedly told them I hadn’t received an invoice — turns out they had the wrong email on file. Instead of correcting their mistake professionally, they threatened to leave the bin on my property until payment was made.
Overall, the entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and ended up being far more expensive than if I had gone with another company. I regret choosing Big Bin Rentals and would not recommend them to anyone.
