We are SO happy with Bidwell Water!!! Calling and getting set up was so easy and pleasant. Very convenient to text when we want to adjust delivery amount or timing of delivery if we need them sooner. 10/10, would recommend to anyone looking for a water delivery service! Wonderful service, pricing and water.

I called 3 times to inquire about starting water delivery. I initially spoke to the receptionist. I left my information and asked for a return call. I didn't hear anything the next morning and so I called again and spoke to a gentleman named Robert, who asked me to send him my address. I did as asked and never heard from him at all. I even left another message with a follow-up call asking to be informed either way about the availability of water delivery to my rural area. I'm very disappointed in the customer service aspect of bidwell water. I chose them because I want to support local businesses. Unfortunately this company does not support the local, though rural, clientele. I would have appreciated some common courtesy. I didn't receive it from them....

Bidwell water always goes above and beyond. They double check with us every single time they’re in to make sure we have what we need. When I realize that we were out of distilled water on a Tuesday, but delivery wasn’t until Thursday Robert called me back and made it happen today. I’m so glad we decided to use them for our water needs

Robert at Bidwell Water was amazing. We had been using Mt. Shasta but the service was no longer stable at we kept running out of water for our patients. Robert and his team came out within the hour and set up our new cooler. I was happy to learn that he is also local but able to service numerous northern CA areas. I would highly recommend them for your office. I may even try them at home!

Great tasting and great quality water. The owner and staff do a great job taking care of their customers and make sure you always have the water you need. I use Bidwell Water for both business and home use and I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Just moved to Chico and was looking for water delivery service, contacted bidwell water and with in an hour I got a call from the owner Robert, he delivered water to me same day on a Sunday, needless to say best water delivery service in Chico.
