I called 3 times to inquire about starting water delivery. I initially spoke to the receptionist. I left my information and asked for a return call. I didn't hear anything the next morning and so I called again and spoke to a gentleman named Robert, who asked me to send him my address. I did as asked and never heard from him at all. I even left another message with a follow-up call asking to be informed either way about the availability of water delivery to my rural area. I'm very disappointed in the customer service aspect of bidwell water. I chose them because I want to support local businesses. Unfortunately this company does not support the local, though rural, clientele. I would have appreciated some common courtesy. I didn't receive it from them....
