I had the waterfall head spa here and it was such a beautiful, relaxing experience from start to finish. The environment was very clean, calming, and welcoming, and all the staff were lovely and professional. A special thank you to Lucy, who did my spa treatment, she was so gentle, kind, and highly professional throughout the whole process. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves!

Tried the herbal therapy hair wash today and honestly felt so relaxed after. The head and neck massage was the best part 😍 My hair and scalp felt really fresh and clean. Staff were friendly and the whole experience was amazing

i had my lashes done on saturday and charged a whopping $125 only for half of them to have fallen out by thursday, mind you i took and still take very good care of them and they look like this.

Had such a lovely mother-and-daughter experience at the head spa. The service was fantastic from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly friendly especially Cheryl, who made us feel so welcome and relaxed. It’s not just a head massage, it also includes a mini facial, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We both left feeling refreshed and pampered. I had a spontaneous day and decided to look up hair salons in my area. I came across this place, which I hadn’t heard of before, so I was a bit hesitant. But I really felt like getting a haircut, and to my surprise, they delivered amazing results! I'm so happy with how it turned out. I went to a different hair salon before and they ruined my hair with a failed layered cut (left pic). Decided to go to Bi’s Hair Salon and he literally saved my hair with a better colour and excellent cut (right pic). The owner and staffs were super friendly and welcoming.
