We contacted Beyond Custom because we were having issues with our roof leaking. They promptly came out to assess the damage. After a thorough inspection, they advised us that we had leaking due to shingle damage that was caused by a windstorm we had recently gone through. They helped us get a claim filed with our homeowner’s insurance and then walked us through the whole process. Our roof was approved for full replacement, as well as the gutters and some siding that was also damaged. They handled everything from start to finish with the insurance company and completed all the repairs promptly and professionally. We would recommend Beyond Custom to anyone who is having issues with their home. Thanks again guys!! You’re the best!!!

Beyond Custom replaced my roof and did it in one day. The quote process was done quickly and with clear communication in writing. The team very professional. Clean up was prompt and complete. I required one small follow-up on a small mis- communication and that too was handled immediately. I would use them again and do recommend them.

Mark the owner has the worst customer service skills. When I asked what the estimate total is he said, well an estimate is a descriptions of work. I presume he is racists; had we wait outside of my home while he was in his car for 10 minutes, he thought I was not the owner of the home.
