I had an amazing experience at Beverly Wilshire Aesthetics getting microneedling with PRP (Vampire Facial). Tyler and Dr. Zarrini were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and took great care to make sure I had the best results possible. My skin is already looking smoother, brighter, and healthier. I highly recommend them if you’re considering microneedling or any aesthetic treatments!

Got a hydrafacial with Tyler recently. He was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. The whole process was very smooth and at the end my skin looked amazing. We focused on hydration and brightening, which were my main concerns. I had done hydrafacials before , however this facial with Tyler definitely was one of the best ones. No reactive skin or any issues after (which i have experienced before unfortunately). Also, he recommended me some skincare to maintain my results and keep my glowing skin! Will be back for my next hydrafacial soon :)

I got a Vampire Facial at Beverly Wilshire Aesthetics yesterday and wanted to share my experience while it’s still fresh. I’m obviously still healing (it’s only been about 48 hours), but I can already tell I’m going to love the results. What really stood out to me though was the experience itself. Tyler and the MD took their time explaining every step before they did anything. I never felt rushed or confused about what was happening. They kept checking in with me throughout the treatment, which made a huge difference. You can tell they enjoy what they do. They’re outgoing, personable, and still extremely knowledgeable which is a combination you don’t always get. The procedure was way more comfortable than I expected too. I had numbing cream on and honestly it was very manageable. I felt relaxed the entire time. The office is super clean and has that elevated Beverly Hills feel without being intimidating. It felt so warm. I’ll update once I’m fully healed, but so far I’m extremely happy I chose them.

I just recently moved to the area and did my research before moving forward with Dr Zarrini's team. The first two consultations I went to at other spas were conducted by aestheticians/nurses and felt a bit salesy to me. Arriving here I felt a huge relief when the front told me that the Dr would be with me in a moment. Dr Zarrini is very straight forward. I am aging and that's my top concern so I'd initially thought dermal fillers could help with that, but the Dr said he could easily do that but I'd just have temporary results. I was happy finding out about longer lasting options and we actually ending up doing my first vampire facial treatment that same day. It's been two weeks now and I'm fully recovered and do notice that my skin is brighter and my eyes seem more open now! I need to do 2 more treatments as part of the plan, but it will help regain some of my features I'd felt were fading and last longer than the filler I'd originally thought of doing. Overall I'm very happy to have found Beverly Wilshire Aesthetics. It was nice to feel heard and have a Dr actually tell me what would be best for me and not just do what was easier for himself.

Today I had an AMAZING Hydrafacial with Tyler. Talk about the best aesthetician I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He thoroughly assessed my face and problem areas. He LISTENED to my concerns, and then he got to WORK! My face is glowing and I know I don’t look 47! Can’t wait to go back again.

I am OBSESSED with this place. Tyler and Doctor Z are amazing. I went in for a consult on a far more expensive treatment and they told me I should proceed with something else (less expensive and more effective for what I needed) - which has been amazing and needless to say, hard to come by. This office cares about quality not quantity or selling you. Tyler knows everything about skincare and is extremely diligent and careful about what you need. He really takes an individualized approach. Even with a skincare routine, he frequently asks me, how does your skin react to this acid or a different one? Instead of applying a one size fits all mentality. He cares so much that be follows up with you over text at night, in the morning, he really wants you to feel supported like if you forget what the next steps are, etc. He’s given me a whole routine and a cycle for three months in terms of what treatments to get for my desired goals. Also, the doctor is so conservative even though I asked him to do so many things and he talked me out of it yet at the same time is very much wanting to help me achieve my goals. I wish I could tell EVERY MOM to go here because the self-care is unparalleled. (Plus FREE parking right next door and Tyler is just so lovely and accommodating). It couldn’t be easier. So far, I’ve gotten multiple facials, peels and injections (so excited about my results). And they are constantly innovating and offering new services. I feel like I’m going to a spa but with total medical direction minus the BS of an actual Medspa trying to upsell.

I recently turned 41 and I was noticing some signs of aging around my eyes and so I googled places to get Botox. This place has the best reviews, and I can definitely see why! Dr Zarrini did an outstanding job getting rid of my crows feet. If you’re gonna get anything done, that has to do with your face I highly recommend this place, especially for Botox and filler. They also have this new Hydro facial procedure that I really want to try….im looking very forward to it!!! I’ll let you guys know here how it goes!

I got a hydrafacial with Tyler a couple weeks ago and returned today for a chemical peel with him. My skin is so happy. He is masterful and incredibly educated in his field. I always learn something new with him and appreciate his honesty (he will never recommend something you do not need). To top it all off he is a pleasure to work with. He’s considerate of any concerns, happy to answer any questions, and just such a lovely person. Truly, I have never felt more comfortable and confident in putting my skin in his hands!

I had facial appointment with Tyler he is awesome. I was so relaxed at the end he did a great job for me I recommend this place to every body.
