My neighbor told me about Better Appliance and I am so glad she did :) I was able to get a brand new LG Washer and Dryer Stackable. Mamun (I'm probably spelling your name wrong-apologies) was really helpful. He was very patient with all of my MANY questions and really helped me make an informed decision. He wasn't a "pushy salesman" at all. I was also pleased with the delivery and install which was seamless. Well done Better Appliance. You have gained a loyal customer. THANK YOU as I'm very pleased.

Mamun helped answer my questions (I had a lot!) and walked me around to show me the various fridge options. As a homeowner interested in selling I didn’t want the fanciest fridge but also wanted a stainless steel one to match my other appliances. He gave me a good deal and offered his recommendations. This is my second time here because I forgot the measurements the first time but each time I’ve felt like they were helpful and had many good fridge options. I recommend them if you’re looking for used appliances!

Pretty good inventory with good prices. They deliver as well and install some appliances. The salesmen were straight forward with the pricing but you gotta have your Georgetown negotiation skills ready to go. This was basically brand new with a few dings that no one will ever see in my house.

Jahan and his establishment saved my wife and I life. Our fridge went out yesterday, after driving all the way to Baltimore to be highly disappointed he was recommended to us by a friend. Being a skip and a jump from our house we ran to see if there was anything we liked. With so many good options to choose from we was able to lock in a new fridge, delivery and haul away for under the price we was looking to pay!!!!! Thanks so much Jahan, we will forever recommend your place to friends and family

We purchased a supposedly functioning LG refrigerator from here. Three weeks after purchase the ice machine stopped working. I called the business and as usual they declined the call and said to text them instead (extremely unprofessional but I digress). They sent me a technician’s number and name Ned and ofcourse he didn’t answer or return my call. I continued trying to contact the business however they wanted to send the technician to my house at between 6-8 pm?! No. Finally the technician came after almost two months of back and forth only to say there’s nothing wrong with the freezer. Yet my freezer continues to be covered in frost and the ice maker continues to either not work or get jammed. As hard as times are now, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND spending your hard earned money here. You’re better saving or being overcharged by rent a center at least you know the appliances will work.

I have to commend them on their service. We found the dryer we were looking for and set the delivery date for Tuesday. Got a call on Sunday saying they had another delivery in my area. Long story short, they delivered the dryer 2 days earlier with great customer service and hauled off our old dryer. They tested before they left and everything ran great. I'll be back to give them my business. For anyone wondering. Yes they deliver to Waldorf.

I just bought a used LG washer and dryer from them at a great price! The units are relatively new and are still being sold in stores - so not older models. The price I paid for both was about the same I would have paid for one new. Both were delivered and installed without any issues yesterday. So far, I'm really pleased! They look good and seem to be functioning. Will update if that changes.

I purchased a dryer from Better Appliances. There were issues within the warranty period. A store technician addressed the issues then several months later there was another issue. This time the dryer was out of warranty with the store so I had to hire a technician to fix the issue. The amount to fix the issue was almost more than I paid for the dryer but cheaper than buying a new one. Now, yet again, I am having another issue with the dryer less than a year from the last issue. At this point it makes more sense just to buy a new dryer which defeats the whole purpose of purchasing from this store in the first place. Waste of money. Response to owner: I purchased the dryer on 722/22. There was an issue on 7/29/22, just one week after purchasing the product. Better Appliance's technician did assist as it was within the 60 day warranty period. The next issue with the dryer occurred on 10/24/22 which was outside of the warranty. No assistance was received from Better Appliance. I found a place myself called Appliance Care. If they are affiliated with you I was unaware of this. I paid full price for the repair service of a product that was not fit for sale. The cost of this repair was a little more than the dryer itself. If they are affiliated with you, I should have been offered to exchange the product because it should not have had that many issues within a 90-day period. On 8/24/23, there was another issue. So I just purchased a brand new dryer from a trusted retailer with a quality warranty. Problem solved.

My wife and I purchased top of the line LG refrigerator and double oven. The contracted group that delivered my appliances were terrible. They damaged my oven, and just watching them be so careless with my appliances upset me bad. I had my appliances delivered to coincide with kitchen remodeling that I currently had ongoing. After I called to complain the sales representatives were telling me that either my salesman wasn't there or thr call would go directly to voicemail then I would get a text to text back my problem and my name and address. Needless to say by the time I was contacted back on when a technician could come out and correct the delivery company's mishap my contractor was past that point where he had to have all my appliances in place before the counter tops would be delivered.
