The reviews are true! I don’t want to try to spell his name because I cannot. But he made my day! I came in looking for a washer and drier, I seen the reviews on this place and gave it a go. I wasn’t in the store for 20mins before he pointed me to the right direction, compared some options for me, then gave me an undeniable price. I got mine new with a yr warranty. The refurbished ones were definitely just as nice, and also comes with a warranty, I just had my eye on something particular. I ordered on Saturday and my delivery is to be expected by Monday, installation and all. I love that for me. 10/10 I highly recommend.

We where looking for a washer and dryer set , googled this place that was 1 hour drive from where we live and glad we went the worker ( Malik) was so helpful, informative and friendly definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Now they use a 3rd party delivery service that was not good no communication, took days to get our order which means more days at the laundromat/ spending more $

My Wife and I are Definitely Very Satisfied with our Purchase of a Washer and Dryer from “Better Appliance” Mr Malik is Absolutely The Best Salesman we have met in our search for our Appliances for our New house He took his Time to explain everything about our Washer and Dryer and told us if we had any questions we could call him, We Love our Washer and Dryer.

Faizan is wonderful. I couldn't make it in time before closing so he stayed and waited on me. Very nice respectful young man. They were so good to me I'm going back soon to purchase a new washer and dryer.

Even though I love the refrigerator I purchased there was a problem with the delivery bcuz it didn’t show up on the day it was suppose to. But I must say when I called Better Appliance, the employee got on it right away & it was delivered within 2 days. The only other problem was there was a couple dents but I don’t know if it was made during delivery or was already on it in the store (I didn’t notice it). Other than these two incidents, I would definitely recommend Better Appliance bcuz the prices are good as well as their Customer Service.
