I had a really great experience at Better Appliances. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to help me choose exactly what I needed without any pressure. The appliances were clean, tested, and in excellent condition, and the pricing was much better compared to big retail stores. Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything was set up properly. It’s rare these days to find a place that actually cares about customer satisfaction, but this store really does. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases and recommending them to friends and family. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My sister shared she had purchased a dryer at location in District Heights, MD, a few years earlier. I decided to pay them a visit which is close to my home. We were pleasantly greeted my salesperson, Taz. His customer service was very good & welcoming. I'm satisfied with my purchase and will keep in mind for possible future purchases.

Great customer service. The staff is very responsive and friendly. We bought a stove that was 50% less than what Home Depot was selling it for during their Memorial Day sale. Better Appliance delivered with less than 2 days notice, ensuring the stove was on-site and ready for the county permit inspector the following day.

Hassan & Malik were very helpful and worked with my budget!!! I have come here several times and they are always pleasant and the merchandise is reasonably priced! I get all of my appliances from them and they all last 10+ years!!!! I highly recommend!

This has been one of the easiest and best experiences I’ve had. I walked into Better Appliance and was greeted by Taz. I instantly explained my situation and what I was looking for which was a replacement refrigerator. He immediately showed me what they had in stock based on the information I provided. In a matter of minutes I was able to find exactly what I was looking for with an amazing price. His service was quick and efficient. I will definitely go back and be referring them to others.

My husband and I came here this past Monday looking for a dryer replacement. We were able to find a really nice refurbished dryer for a good price. I wanted to wait a few days before I left a review to see if the dryer was indeed a good buy and so far it has been working really good. Malik was the person who helped us there and he was really kind to us. He sold us the dryer for a fair price, tested it out for us in person, and provided a decent warranty for the dryer we bought. The dryer is huge and surprisingly fairly new, lol. I have a small laundry business so this helps me a lot. I would definitely refer others to come to Better Appliance if they need to replace an appliance for a reasonable price.

Mr Taz was very nice and welcoming. I gave him a price range that I wanted and he recommended several options to choose from. He was very informative and honest; letting me know pros and cons for each options. He tried to accommodate my need as much as possible, which I really appreciated

I recently purchased a few appliances from this store, and they are undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had! The prices are incredibly reasonable, and they are incredibly fast and efficient. They truly prioritize your needs and will go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best possible product.

Hassan is very good, attended to us politely. We have bought fridge here before and come back for freezer. Better appliance products are good.
