Better Appliance

My sister shared she had purchased a dryer at location in District Heights, MD, a few years earlier. I decided to pay them a visit which is close to my home. We were pleasantly greeted my salesperson, Taz. His customer service was very good & welcoming. I'm satisfied with my purchase and will keep in mind for possible future purchases.

I got a great deal on a full-size, stackable, front loading Samsung ThinQ washer dryer set. I have had no issues and I have no regrets!! I would definitely purchase from this business again.

Do you ever feel like you wait too long to do something you clearly needed to get done because of the hassle experienced from past transactions? We'll my trauma is healed and I love my new stove and the buying process. My oven broke a while ago, but it was only after the stove top cracked extensively that I finally decided to do something about it. This was a great experience for buying a used stove at such an affordable price. The process from shopping for options to on-time delivery was 5 stars. Praying other appliances stay put for a while but I now my source for future purchases. GREAT job!

Malik is great. He's a man of his word and gave me a reasonable price on a samsung stove. He even expedited my delivery. I go to better appliance for my used appliances, and they give me to reason to look elsewhere

Went in expecting to get a decent price on a Fridge/Freezer combo, walked out with a New Fridge, Washer & Dryer. All for just a little more than the price we thought we’d be paying just for the fridge/freezer itself. Taz definitely looked out for my family and helped us during an important time

They're nice people and all but if you buy something from there you better pick it up yourself because if you don't you will get it it will be damaged and they don't care they don't do anything about it they don't even offer you any money back. They say they will get you new parts but they never do they just give you the runaround

Totally unexpected! Better Appliance exceeded my expectations. Taz provided excellent customer service and was very patient and honest. He made the process oh purchasing easy. There are plenty of options and a wide variety of prices. I recommend this place for anyone looking for any type of large home appliance.

I'll give Better Appliances a 5 star so far. I just bought a refurbished washer. Looks great. Daud was wonderful. He dropped the price and added an extra month on warranty. Just need to wash a load and see. Very nice of Daud and maybe the owner to load it into our car also

The reviews are true! I don’t want to try to spell his name because I cannot. But he made my day! I came in looking for a washer and drier, I seen the reviews on this place and gave it a go. I wasn’t in the store for 20mins before he pointed me to the right direction, compared some options for me, then gave me an undeniable price. I got mine new with a yr warranty. The refurbished ones were definitely just as nice, and also comes with a warranty, I just had my eye on something particular. I ordered on Saturday and my delivery is to be expected by Monday, installation and all. I love that for me. 10/10 I highly recommend.
