Eduardo and the appliance logistics team are great. They make everything easy with great communication and scheduling for delivery. They were done in a timely manner and demonstrated great customer service skills.

Even though I love the refrigerator I purchased there was a problem with the delivery bcuz it didn’t show up on the day it was suppose to. But I must say when I called Better Appliance, the employee got on it right away & it was delivered within 2 days. The only other problem was there was a couple dents but I don’t know if it was made during delivery or was already on it in the store (I didn’t notice it). Other than these two incidents, I would definitely recommend Better Appliance bcuz the prices are good as well as their Customer Service.
