A revelation! Especially Daniela, and her superb Delivery and Installation Team (expertise from the good old Kenmore days) This was my second purchase from Daniela and Better Appliance (Refrigerator and Washing Machine) and my decision to make Better Appliance my exclusive store for appliances, was validated with today’s delivery. Today, 4/14/25, I received the Samsung dryer I had bought from Best Appliance Manassas. It works great so far, will update after a couple of months. It was also in better shape than I had thought. Most of the scratches on it were scuffs and they buffed out. The guys who delivered the dryer were very good. They watched out for breakables and etc. I had even left a load of clothes in the dryer they took away, and they contacted me to let me know and brought them back. I would definitely recommend Best Appliance and their delivery crew.

I bought a washer and dryer from Better Appliance a few months ago and got a new stove today. I am satisfied with the quality and performance of my appliances and want to give a thumbs up to the Father and Son team that brought and installed them all. They call and give an accurate estimate of their arrival time and do the work quietly , correctly and efficiently. Good people and good work ethic.

Father/son team VERY professional! They communicated an eta, came on time, were very fast, tested the appliance and were very nice. They are dog friendly and true experts. I highly recommend this team and would not hesitate to hire them again!

I needed a washing machine for king size comforter and also wanted it brand new. I found a really nice 5.3 LG under scratch and ding and was happy with the condition. I checked on my phone and it was fairly priced compared to new ones but I noticed some of the new ones are priced the same as Home Depot or on LG website also priced the same at the time maybe they had sales going on. I unfortunately didn’t plug it in and check to see if it turned on, so I took it home same day on my truck gave it a cleaning and when I tried to plug it in did not turn on. I tried everything until I decided to call the store and speak with the one in charge. I was able to get on the phone same day with the same guy who helped me pay. He said he can exchange for another one the next day cause they were closing. Next day I show up and they did have another LG unit but it was much smaller and wouldn’t work for my sheets. I had tried to look around for one I saw the day before but it was sold! Thank fully I was able to ask for a refund only because the product was defective and they didn’t have a similar model. Be aware on the receipt it says sold as is no returns, try and look online with the model number for a price idea of a new one, check to see if it works, check for all dings but they do give warranty’s on some items and they are willing to help the customer if it makes sense. If you buy something it last a year it won’t apply but this was my experience buying my first washing machine, I would go back if I had to just do your research

I had a great experience buying a dryer at Better Appliances in Manassas? They were patient and knowledgeable while helping me find the dryer I needed. We tested it there and it ran fine. When I got it home one of the settings wasn't working right. I called and explained, and they sent someone to fix it in a HALF AN HOUR from when I called!! AMAZING! It was a very small problem and now it works great! I still can't believe how good the customer service was. I would definitely buy there again.

Great place to do business with! I have personally purchased 5 appliances of different kinds from them over the years with great success. I was referred to this business originally from many coworkers with similar experiences. Friendly customer service and prices that can't be beat! I will return for future appliance repairs or replacements.

Bought a fridge from there in September, the store was so packed with appliances I could barely open the doors halfway. He pushed, shoved, and dragged the fridge from inside to outside. Despite that we kept telling him we would help him get it outside. During this he bent the legs of the fridge. When I pointed that out he told me they weren't bent they just needed to be adjusted. He got it right outside of the door and then locked up the shop several minutes early. The legs were very warped and twisted from being dragged so roughly it wouldn't sit level or even adjust to be level. We had to use tools and adjust it to get it as level as we could. I figured the cheap prices came with dismal customer service. But now it's not working, within 5 months of purchase. A whole fridge full of groceries have gone bad now on top of this.

This place is an absolute joke, we went to buy a washer and dryer along with a refrigerator. We paid the full amount the day we went and scheduled delivery 4 days later. We moved a little bit more than an hour from Manassas but I was very clear when I asked about delivery and the person in charge told me they would do it without a problem. We still live in Manassas and we drove to the new house to wait for delivery and the person in charge of the store called me an hour later than agreed on the day of delivery and said, "Sorry my friend, we have to reschedule your delivery , I don't have delivery staff.” We got very frustrated because we were coming from work and he didn't take the time to inform us early, or he simply wouldn't have committed to doing it, and on top of that he was making excuses over excuses and wasn't trying to solve the problem, in the end he was trying to say that "it was too far and no one wanted to go that far." I was asking for a refund and he was complicating everything, he went back and forth with "his boss" and it was even worse. He should have been clearer from the beginning, and we wouldn't have minded picking up the appliances ourselves, but he was just trying to charge more and make more profit on the delivery charge and in the end we, as customers, were the hardest hit.
