Our refrigerator’s compressor broke in our rental property. We live a time zone away without a property manager. Through better appliance, we were able to shop for a new refrigerator (slight cosmetic dents), picked one through text photos, and have it delivered with the other one removed within a total of 3 days. We couldn’t even get a LG repair guy to come to the house that quick, or even a new refrigerator delivery from Home Depot for that matter. Only issue was delivery coordination as delivery was pushed back a day because they tried to call me en route instead of the tenant which I thought I made clear, so make sure to explicitly note who the coordination should be with on whatever form they use for dispatch. Even with that, definitely using Better Appliances for our needs in the future.

Bought Fridge from Hammad last year. The fridge started to no longer cool after the 6 mos warranty but before a year. Hammad was super easy to work with and agreed to replace fridge without question. The replacement fridge was not dispensing water/ice after delivery. Hammad scheduled for a tech to fix the issue without issues. Really recommend!

Great quick purchase. Very helpful and easy purchase. I was expecting the used car salesman tactics, but not at all. No pressure, answered all questions, and ended up buying a refrigerator that worked for our needs!

I bought a nice, refurbished electric stove from Better appliance. They had several options that I liked and in way better condition that a few other places I had been too. I was a bit nervous about trying a refurbished appliance, but they were patient and kind in answering my questions (I stopped by a few times before deciding), gave me a good deal, and the oven came with a good warranty. It was very affordable for the delivery of the oven and to haul away my old one as well. The oven works great and I am so happy I went with them. I would recommend them to a friend.
