He assisted my husband and me in selecting a new refrigerator within our limited budget. We managed to purchase a high-quality refrigerator, along with an extended warranty, and had it delivered at a reasonable price. The delivery service was accommodating, including the installation of the new refrigerator and removal of the old one. My experience buying a washer and a dryer was perfect. I got a good price and the delivery was very good. Noel, the delivery person, and his teammate were very careful and very professional. Our refrigerator’s compressor broke in our rental property. We live a time zone away without a property manager. Through better appliance, we were able to shop for a new refrigerator (slight cosmetic dents), picked one through text photos, and have it delivered with the other one removed within a total of 3 days. We couldn’t even get a LG repair guy to come to the house that quick, or even a new refrigerator delivery from Home Depot for that matter. Only issue was delivery coordination as delivery was pushed back a day because they tried to call me en route instead of the tenant which I thought I made clear, so make sure to explicitly note who the coordination should be with on whatever form they use for dispatch. Even with that, definitely using Better Appliances for our needs in the future.

10/10 would highly recommend. We purchased a refurbished washer and a new scratch and dent dryer from the Alexandria location. Javier was extremely helpful, responsive, and well informed about their in-stock appliances. We got both the washer and dryer for an excellent price, and the refurbished came with a 45-day warranty to ensure it was in good working condition. (The new dryer came with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.)

I purchased a nice refrigerator, stackable washer/dryer and dishwasher. They were able to also order me a brand new wall oven and cooktop.

Unfortunately I had posted a negative review due to misunderstanding after dealing with different employee than I have dealt with at my first visit to the store. However, Hamad the person I originally have dealt with reached out and cleared the whole situation. Hamad was very professional and displayed a great courtesy while getting my issue solved and he made sure I was completely satisfied.
