My wife and I went here on the advice of Appliance World in Ashland. They had the exact freezer we were looking for, the brand that we wanted at an excellent price. We chose a scratch and dent brand new freezer for almost 50% off retail price. They helped us load it into our truck and in minutes we were on our way home. Happy with my purchase (dryer), but more impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Noel and his team delivering and hooking up my new dryer. This delivery included the removal of the old dryer with no hassle. Noel is the best!

I purchased a nice refrigerator, stackable washer/dryer and dishwasher. They were able to also order me a brand new wall oven and cooktop.

Our refrigerator’s compressor broke in our rental property. We live a time zone away without a property manager. Through better appliance, we were able to shop for a new refrigerator (slight cosmetic dents), picked one through text photos, and have it delivered with the other one removed within a total of 3 days. We couldn’t even get a LG repair guy to come to the house that quick, or even a new refrigerator delivery from Home Depot for that matter. Only issue was delivery coordination as delivery was pushed back a day because they tried to call me en route instead of the tenant which I thought I made clear, so make sure to explicitly note who the coordination should be with on whatever form they use for dispatch. Even with that, definitely using Better Appliances for our needs in the future.
