Chance with Bethel towing is the epitome of a prime example employee. He went above & beyond to ensure the safety of not only myself but his as well amidst working on the side of a busy road in the middle of a blind corner. He handled the entire interaction with nothing less than outstanding customer service and top tier professionalism. He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing, He was also kind, understanding, patient, and immensely helpful all while following & informing me of precise procedures and policies that I wasn’t aware of! Thank you Chance for a memorable experience & a great conversation, but most importantly the ride!!! Very refreshing to come across a down to earth, kind, and respectful person!

Recently I had a very flat tire. AAA was contacted and recommended Bethel. I opted to make an appointment online the website was really easy to use, and they called me back right away. They asked if I had a spare tire, and being the car is only 18 months old, I assumed it was. Caleb drove the 14 miles to our house around 9:30pm, and to our surprise, there was no spare. Apparently many new cars don’t include them! He was really nice about it and called the office to arrange for a tow the next morning. I can’t remember the name of the next driver, but he arrived at 8:30 and hooked up the car, plus gave me a lift to the dealership. 5 stars for promptness and courtesy.

Josh came out on a Saturday. He greeted me with a smile and firm hand shake. He surveyed the scope of towing my 43-foot fifth wheel. I was relocating my fifth wheel on the property. Even though it was a short distance, there were quite a few trees to navigate. He made sure he placed the fifth wheel where I wanted it. He deserves to have more than 5 stars.

Our son broke down at 12 am on his way back to his military station on a Tuesday morning. After calling multiple places, we had to call the Highway Patrol to help out, as we were 6.5 hours away. The Highway Patrolman called this towing company. He arrived at 3:30 am picked up the Jeep and My son. The cop asked if he'd be willing to drop him off at a hotel, the towing man said "I guess". He dropped him off at a disgusting hotel at 4:30am and left with the Jeep. My son had to walk to and rental company, then head to shop the next morning where the owner was rude, disrespectful, and acted as if my son was bothering him. Then he refused to take any payment over the phone because he felt he was being scammed, yet he was holding our sons $25,000 Jeep Wrangler hostage. My son tried multiple times to get him to take a payment from his dad and I also a grandparent as his card limit wouldn't allow for the almost $600 payment after renting a car and paying for a hotel. We offered to show and send ID do a video call and everything we could think of to get the payment made. He would not put in any card it had to be in person and swiped. He then told my son that he'd hold it for him there until he could pay(even though we tried to pay 5 times) then he'd take it to the Jeep dealership only after he came 4.5 hours back to pay in person. When our son arrived back to the towing company on Friday morning he was charged a holding fee on top of the $600. The tow guy dropped the Jeep off at the Jeep dealership and the guy was rude to my son about having things to do with his wife that day. If I could I'd give zero stars I would. He was rude and disrespectful to a young man who serves his country in that young man's time of need; Then charged him an outrageous amount and refused to take payment so he could charge a holding fee. Would never recommend to anyone. This took 5 days to take care of and cost far more than it should have.

Ellie was friendly and very professional on the phone. Josh and Steve were awesome. Both went above and beyond to help us out of our situation. Would certainly use them again if needed, and will recommend them again and again. Thank you guys are life saver. The charge was less than we were quoted.

I had an unusually bad experience with Bethel Towing and AAA that I recently posted about after years of very good service from both. The owner of Bethel Towing called me, apologized and took responsibly. That’s what a good leader and business owner does. I now believe that this was just a hiccup and while I hope I don’t need their service I’m convinced it will be prompt and professional if I do. (PS. I you need AAA assistance in WA try to reach a local not national rep.)

I cannot describe in words the incredible experience I had with JJ and the rest of Bethel Towing, but I’m going to try! My car decided to act up last Friday (8-8) on our way to a moto event, full of gear, teenagers and pure excitement. Barely making it into the rest stop near Federal Way, we called Bethel Towing. Without hesitation they were on their way, a 45 minute drive. JJ was extremely professional, personable and a joy to deal with. I highly recommend Bethel Towing if you ever find yourself in a similar situation. 10/10

Huge thank you to Levi for towing me off the ferry. After my car had died and completely froze up on our way to Seattle we had contacted two different tow companies that sent the wrong type of tow trucks. After almost 6 hours we found Bethel Towing. They sent Levi as he was on his way home. He came onto the ferry and secured my car in 15-20mins. He was professional throughout the whole ordeal and very friendly on our ride to the dealership. I'm grateful Bethel towing and Levi saved me from another round trip on the ferry.

Truck had a mechanical failure so we called Bethel Towing and our Tow truck was there within 20 minutes. JJ had the truck hooked up and on its way home in minutes. Considering the situation it was nice to have a true professional help us when we really needed it. Truck was spotless and AC was nice. Thanks again JJ- 5 star service. Recommend 100%

The swing shift desk lady is a complete jerk, if you want bad service call bethel towing. The divers are nice but the desk lady needs to be replaced
