Phew! Under contract since OCTOBER & just CLOSED‼️ yes! Sometimes it is in the best of interest of the seller to continue to allow home sale contingencies to extend their time to sell their 🏡. Maybe it’s best because the market is changing, maybe it’s because agents are still showing the property & maybe it’s because the seller is loyal to the buyers who wrote a strong offer but what works best for each client and his/her situation is what the goal is. Period. It was a long one & required strong attention to deadlines & constant communication with all parties but at the end of the day, my sellers sold their property for the price they wanted to a family who will love the home as much as they did!
