Congrats to my buyers on their new home back in Illinois that they haven’t SEEN in person yet! 😲😳 finding a home for someone you have never met when they are hundreds of miles away is a challenge to say the least! Thankfully, I had help from their close friends from the area who went to every showing, facetimed the tours & helped every step of the way!
