When I met my seller I was told she was a "tough cookie" and already had someone in mind to list her 🏡 but wanted to make sure by interviewing other agents. I prepared as I always do with multiple reports and a customized marketing strategy. I was not prepared for the strength... and warmth of my seller. After going over all of the information and answering her insightful questions in our first meeting and thoroughly preparing more detailed reports after having toured her home, I received the call that I got the listing! I was thrilled to work with her! Little did I know she would nearly have me in tears a week later at her kitchen table while signing paperwork and going over timelines. My seller put her hand over mine, looked me in the eye and told me she was so proud of me. She was so proud to see a strong and independent woman proving herself worthy of a well-rounded life including a thriving career and taking advantage of opportunities women like her didn't have only a generation ago. I will never forget our conversation at that table. I am excited to say her home sold very quickly with multiple offers and for over list price but I am even more blessed to have made such an amazing connection.
