There is no better roofing company in the Verde Valley and Sedona. Since the moment I met with Jose at my home, to the final day of my new 24 gauge metal roof, everything was exactly what you’d expect from a true professional, taking his job seriously. I have lived in Sedona for over 30 years. I have dealt with numerous contractors. There is not one that even comes close to the professionalism and honesty. I am very grateful to have met Jose, his brother Miguel, others in his family, and all of the people that worked on my home. The work completed was exactly what I had asked for. The timing, was exactly what I asked for. Every day that Jose showed up, he asked me to review the work and make sure that it was exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond what I even expected being that I am picky about work completed on my home. That is why I had chosen to do the majority of the work myself. We needed Jose and Manuel to respectful of our concerns (we've been traumatized by previous contractors), and they were great; lesser contractors would have given my wife a hard time. Plus, we took bids from all major roofers in my area and Bestway bid was 20% less than the others. My wife and I give Bestway Roofing 10 out of 10.

Jose, Manuel and their crew did a great job at a reasonable price. Extremely professional, courteous and punctual. Wonderful workmanship and Jose even followed up after a downpour to make sure everything was good. I appreciate these guys.

My Round House and Guest House needed to be re-roofed.  I  did the necessary  preparation by getting 5 estimates from the known companies to  less known. Having been into building for about 40 years I was looking for 3 things: Experience Reliability / trustworthiness Fair pricing Some of the companies  (mainly the big ones) send out an appraiser  who just stayed a short time on the property and then stated that is all what he needs because the measurements are all done by satellites and software. There was no checking of the roofs for potential problems or going into details what had to be done for an appropriate job. This immediately raised a red flag because I don't want to be hit with a lot of unforeseen  cost. As I anticipated those bids where also all on the high end. Best Way Roofing  was different. They are a family business. At the first meeting all 3 brothers showed up and I could get a first impression of their 30+ years experience . They went in detail over what they wanted to do and how. During the inspection of the main roof Jose pointed out some soft spots. We then investigated the cause and decided on a necessary fix which would be included in the bid. The top of the Round House is also unusual and we discussed how that would be handled and included in the price. They came in with the lowest bid which was considerably lower then  most of the others. They did exactly what they had promised, even worked in freezing conditions (29F) to stay on target before the snow came in, hey they were in the best way true professionals. Bestway Roofing did a great job reroofing my home in Camp Verde and I would highly recommend him and his workers. A good price and Jose was easy to work with in my decision to upgrade the quality of the new shingles. He even made a special trip to pick them up at Prescott Valley Home Depot and load and put them on the roof by hand because they had a 2 month delay in availability from the normal distributor which provides a bundle conveyor to the roof. He was also able to move the roofing up a week and was always on time.

Jose and everyone at Bestway Roofing (a family business) have been professional, knowledgeable, kind and honest. I've used them twice over the last 4 years. First I had an issue with my scuppers draining correctly on my flat roof, they fixed those and I haven't had a leak since then. Next I had rodents getting into my attic through the tile part of my roof. They had to remove all of my tile, find the areas of damage where the rodents were getting in, and were very creative and thorough in fixing the issues. Since then no more rodents. I had quotes from other roofers but I keep coming back to Bestway and I'll always use them as they're reliable, honest, reasonable in cost and excellent in all ways. I highly recommend Bestway, once you meet them you'll feel the same as I do.

Jose and family fit us in on an emergency basis since homeowners insurance would not issue a policy without a new roof. They did a wonderful job in record time. The roof looks great. They put in long hours in the heat and cleaned everything up at the end. We would recommend them for any job.
