Best Western Outlaw Inn

The property and Ashley were both amazing! Ashley- was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to notice change my room type and show me where the room was. Answered all my questions and recommended a food spot, which was amazing (Renegade Cafe) ! The property is older, but well taken care of. It’s clean and well kept. The rooms are very nice and have all the features you’d need! I they also have free EV chargers on site, which was very helpful! If I’m passing through again, or you find yourself in Rock Springs for the night, STAY HERE!!!

Great stop! We love being able to access our room from the outside. We love to sit out with a cocktail to unwind after a long day of driving. Very relaxing. The rooms do need a little updating, but are very clean. Service is fenaminal!

Do not stay here. We were in town for a marathon and had 3 nights booked. We only stayed one night ( it was travel day and we were exhausted). The hotel is very old and has not been updated. The rooms have NO windows to the outside. 1 window to hallway but blinds need to be closed or people can see in. The room had a strong musty smell. Carpet was old and had been poorly patched in areas. The ceiling was cracked and appeared to be falling down. The pool was very cloudy. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The French toast was decent not great. The pancakes were terrible.

It's a charming little place that is right off the freeway. Easy access. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The best part about this is a customer service. Ashley was awesome! She's a rockstar and is an asset to this property.

The lady’s working the front desk were wonderful very sweet and helpful. We were just passing through on our way home and stayed here not sure if we could stay again. The AC did not work at all I think that is something that should be told up front because it was very miserable in the room. the hotel is a smoke free facility but our room smelled like smoke, the sheets were very rough and made it hard to fall asleep. I didn’t feel that it was very clean the sheets on the bed had a stain I just hoped it was something that wouldn’t come out. Dust on the lamps.

The location and service was perfect for us at a very good price. Rooms are a bit dated but spacious and clean.Nola, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient. Misty provided us an ample breakfast in a spotless breakfast room.

I rolled into the Outlaw Inn in Rock Springs Wyoming on Thanksgiving Eve after a long day of driving. The kind of day where the road feels endless and your eyes start to blur. I checked in late and was relieved to see someone still at the desk. April greeted me with a kind of easy warmth that hits different when you are tired. She checked me in fast and made me feel like I had finally reached safe ground. She told me, “That is just how we do it in Rock Springs,” and I believed her. She helped me find a room close to where I parked so I would not have to drag my gear up any stairs. It was a small gesture but it meant everything at that hour. The room itself had a cool Western vibe. (And yes, the room did smell strongly of cigarette smoke) but somehow it pushed me back to the old days when every motel had the same smell baked into the curtains. It felt weirdly nostalgic. Maybe I was just too tired to care, but it fit the scene in its own rugged way. If you are rolling through Wyoming and need a place that feels honest and lived in, this spot does the job. The welcome alone is worth the stop.

This was one of the best hotels we've stayed in. We travel fairly often and I highly recommend giving this hotel a try. Everything is cowboy themed, perfect for Wyoming. The rooms are very clean and hotel staff is friendly and more than accommodating. They have a nice pool area in the center of hotel. The breakfast was more than plentiful to start your day. Put this hotel on your list.

It had been years since we stayed here, but the property did not disappoint. Check in was through, professional and delightful with Debra. She was able to accommodate our mobility issues and provided additional dinner information. We enjoyed the bistro table with comfortable chairs in the room since we ended up with a carryout for dinner. Honestly, this facility should be a Plus...on this road trip we've stayed at Plus BW facilities that failed miserably. We will return!

The room was def outdated but clean. My biggest comment would be the lights all along the walkway shone in the window all night. I had to rig a sort of curtain out of towels so I could sleep. The breakfast was nice and the staff was top notch. I'll always return to best western!
