For the price and caliber of hotel, I think they do a really good job. We had a really large king size bed room on the second floor with his and her sinks and two bathrooms in it (tub/shower combo with toilet). I've never had a hotel with two bathrooms and it seemed like excess but actually turned out to be quite nice for our little family to have the extra space. The room had a newer TV, a great desk space, a pull out couch, an accent chair, a coffee maker, a mini fridge, a closet, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, extra linens. The bed was on the firm side but decently comfortable, the pillows were nice, soft and plump. The building was probably built in the '60s but had a wonderful Wyoming outlaw cowboy vibe. They've done a good job keeping it modern enough and comfortable. Keep in mind you get what you pay for and this is a very affordable clean spacious option. It's nice that they also include breakfast. Breakfast i was your standard pre-packaged Continental breakfast with options including coffee, tea, apple juice and orange juice, three types of cereals, apples and oranges, regular milk and almond milk, yogurt cups, hard boiled eggs, hot items included egg and cheese, bacon, sausage as well as various flavors of muffins, French toast, plain bagels, English muffins, and I appreciated that they had gluten-free muffin and bagel options from udi's bakery all individually packaged. The food quality was mediocre but considering it's free we greatly appreciated it and definitely had some. Again, I really appreciated that they offered both gluten-free and non-dairy options, which I thought was highly considerate for free Continental breakfast. Our biggest complaint was just that there wasn't a whole lot of insulation or sound proofing in the walls, so our bed was up against a wall where the other unit next to us has their TV and our neighbor apparently liked to sleep with the TV on which was really distracting for us. At 1am I finally called the front desk to see if they could ask the neighbor to turn their TV down so that we could sleep. It did not sound like they had their TV up exceptionally loud, it just was right by our head like probably 2-3 ft away through the wall. Deborah at the front desk handled it with incredible tact, calling the neighbor asking them to turn it down and then reporting back to us that it was completed. They did in fact turn the TV down but we could still hear it but I decided to let it go at that point. We could even hear the phone ring and the guy answer. The hotel is generally actually pretty quiet, so it's not that it's a loud hotel; we just happen to have a neighbor who slept with the TV on and it is an older building that i assume isn't built to today's modern building codes for sound dampening. On the plus side, the showers had really hot water with strong water pressure, and the air conditioning pumped! It was really nice and cold in there for a good night's sleep. There was also an indoor pool but we did not use it so I can't comment on that. I asked if there was a gym and apparently it was being renovated so we weren't able to use it but we looked inside and they had a lot of equipment in there. I'm glad they have one for a future guests. Overall I would definitely stay here again for the price. On other note, if you join the Best Western rewards program which is free to join, I think you get a lot of pretty good perks and it saved us something like 18% off the room rate to book direct with best Western and join their free rewards program! I feel like we got a lot for our money and recommend if looking for a budget hotel.
