He fixed my refrigerator so quickly and professionally that I genuinely didn’t expect it. He arrived exactly on time, carefully inspected the unit, explained what went wrong, and showed me the faulty part. The repair was done in one visit, without any mess or drama. My fridge now cools perfectly and is even quieter than before. Truly excellent service.

Wonderful quick service! I called because we had something leaking from the dishwasher. They were able to send someone asap and let me know it was $80 for a diagnosis, but that it can go toward the final cost. I met Danyil and he was kind and professional. He identified the problem and said they would order the part and fix it within 3 business days. On day 3 they called and Danyil came and fixed it in less than 30 minutes! So amazing. We're new homeowners and weren't used to the process and they made it very clear and easy. Thank you!

Our dryer stopped heating, and we were afraid it would be an expensive repair. He diagnosed the issue in minutes — a bad heating element — and replaced it right on the spot. The dryer heats perfectly again. Honest pricing and very professional attitude.

He went above and beyond. Not only did he repair the main issue, but he also checked the rest of the system, tightened loose connections, cleaned the condenser area, and made sure everything was in perfect condition. You don’t see dedication like this often. Great experience all around.

Last month, I was plagued by an abnormally noisy washing machine that sounded like an endless (and unsolicited) rock concert. It honestly sounded like it was about to explode, so upon the recommendation of a friend, I called James @ Best Solution. Not only was he communicative, but also extremely prompt (he said he would arrive between 11am-1pm, and arrived on the earlier side, which was much appreciated). He was able to expertly balance the machine, and suddenly all the bizarre clanging went away. James was also very polite, easy to deal with, and offers a warranty for his work. I, too, will be recommending Best Solution to my friends and family in the future!

I spent weeks trying to get my fridge fixed, and every specialist before him was unable to figure out what was wrong. He checked it, found the issue almost instantly, and clearly walked me through the solution. No pressure to buy anything extra, no confusion — just real expertise. Once he finished the repair, the fridge started cooling normally again. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Representative from the company arrived and assessed the situation. He quoted a price of $350 for a motor sensor. We considered that price too high for a motor sensor which cost $12. In addition, the rep stated he did not have the part and could not replace it today. So we paid the $85 service charge let him go.

Ladies be ware. The guy cane took out the freezer drawers set on the floor use the temperature checker and then told me it’s my coil and compressor. Never open up wher the compressor located. He set on the floor the entire time. How I know o have Alexis. When I exit the room he thought I didn’t know. Also, I am very equip to know how to fix something. This is not my first refrigerator that had broken down. He didn’t even check if I dusted the bsck. He didn’t even know how to turn the fridge on. It was on demo mode and he never switched it over. Then when I asked about invoice he wasn’t able to help. When I asked about replacement the coil and compressor located, warranty etc he couldn’t help. Basically they took advantage of a female.
