The owner was great at communicating every step with me. He called me the day before the pour to confirm the time and to let me know what to expect. He also called me after the pour to make sure I was happy with the work. The day of the pour, the crew arrived on time and got to work right away. They were very friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain the process to me. They also cleaned up the area very well when they were finished. The concrete was poured on a hot day, but the crew worked quickly and efficiently. They were able to finish the pour in just a few hours. The concrete was smooth and level, and it looks great. I am very happy with the work that Best Quality Concrete Corp. did. They were on time, reliable, and they communicated with me throughout the process.
