I have so many words I could say about this practice and how my life has changed since I tumbled across them in a desperate google search moment, but we'd be here all day. I see Veronica and I can say with my full heart and soul that she has not only saved my life but completely changed it and my view on what living truly is. I can only imagine the rest of the providers are amazing as well because even just entering the practice, you can feel the level of commitment to their patients. I have referred anyone I meet who even mentions needing help here and will continue to do so. I am a disabled veteran, and I consistently choose to be treated here because I have never felt so safe, comfortable, and understood when it came to my mental health. Thank you all for what you do and keep up the good work!

I am so thankful for Best Life. They were able to see my husband within a day and Christina sat and listened so so intently on that first visit. She is caring and proactive and is continuing to actively manage and assess his meds. In an emergency situation, Christopher called me back and made medication adjustments for my husband over the phone after listening extensively to his side effects. My husband’s journey is ongoing but we are in great hands and thankful for the team at Best Life.

I was new to town and was trying to find a new therapist. While my therapy session was great, the front desk is kinda off putting. When I was figuring out on when to make my next appt I let them know I need time to figure out which therapist would be best for my needs I get called 2-3 times a day once every week. It’s a lot and makes you very anxious so even though the therapist would be amazing I will not be continuing my mental health journey here. The procedures really need to change.

I cannot recommend Best Life enough. After STRUGGLING for years to find a psychiatric provider for my now 7 year old, we stumbled onto the gold mine that is this office. During our first appointment Christopher listened to mine and my son’s concerns for 2 hours! He made sure he understood my son’s history and what we’ve tried in the past. He listened to my concerns as a mother. My husband wasn’t able to attend the appointment in person, but Christopher spoke to him over the phone during the appointment to make sure he understood my husband’s concerns as well. We started off with a very conservative approach as I was nervous to just immediately medicate my child. I felt heard! While only our son is receiving care here, we feel supported as a whole family. We get phone calls and messages to check up on us between our monthly follow ups. They go above and beyond to help us in whatever way they can!

There's a reason this place has such high ratings. Veronica, my son's medical provider, is outstanding. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and offers recommendations for prescription medications without ever pressuring us to follow them. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care stand out, and she always takes the time to listen to our concerns, tailoring her suggestions based on what she understands from our discussions.

I've been coming to best life for around two years now, and I never want to leave. Dr. Briggs is amazing, I cannot recommend her enough. She really helps you get down to the nitty gritty without feeling like you've been forced to. Any and all healing you do with her, she helps you to realize that YOU did the work, she just guided you in the right direction. I absolutely love her, she does amazing work. Not to forget about the ladies at the front taking calls, they've always been so understanding and so sweet any time my parents or I have questions. If I could give six stars, I would. Best Life absolutely deserves it. I've never had a bad experience with them.

Dr. Bradley is an exceptional mental health provider. The care I have received has been thorough and considerate at each and every appointment. Dr. Bradley is both knowledgeable and caring in his practice, taking his time to carefully evaluate each facet of my mental health and well being. His recommendations for both medications and lifestyle changes have been effective, and my mental health has improved drastically since becoming a patient at Best Life Mental Health.

I came to Christopher after having seen several other providers who prescribed multiple medications, changed doses frequently and abruptly stopped certain meds. Needless to say I was hopeless and desperate when I found him. After taking a thorough medical history he was confident in his recommendations and I am so happy to report I am significantly better! I’ve had several follow up appointments with a few adjustments and am so thankful that he was recommended! My outlook/mood/cognition have improved more than I could have imagined just 6 weeks ago! Dr Bradley is a great doctor. I have gone thru a lot of very challenging situations since I moved to Mooresville and Dr. Bradley has always been right there helping me to get through each challenge. He genuinely listens to everything you have to say and never intervenes and offers any counseling or expertise until you have said everything on your mind, he's a great listener and has always provided me with the best of care needed. The staff here is also a great group of people. Every single time I had reached out to them for anything they have always passed my message along to Dr. Bradley if needed or provided me with the help I needed themselves. In closing, Dr. Bradley and his staff all deserve 5 stars and deserve the recognition that I'm giving. Great service and people who are genuinely concerned with their patients deserve a hugh Thank You. So Thank You Dr. Bradley and staff for always being such a huge help. I would recommend this place to anyone.
