Best Glaze Windows Doors Conservatories

We had a few quotes to replace our conservatory roof. Best Glaze were competitive but above all creative and inspiring suggesting we replace the conservatory windows with ‘continuous’ glass to provide a great panoramic view. We settled on the ‘Living Roof’ with 2 glass panels. This has ensured we still have strong light. Already we have noticed the conservatory is cooler in early summer and seeing the amount of insulation that has been done have no doubt will be as warm as the rest of the house in winter. The standard of work and commitment of the team was exemplary.

We started by looking for a conservatory, but ended up with an extension to our home. We undertook a good deal of research before deciding to invite Jay from Best Glaze to our house, to give us a quote for what we were describing as a conservatory. Jay arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional throughout our dealings with him. Once we explained what we wanted, it became clear that Jay and his team would be able to provide a quality product to meet our demanding needs. We had several conversations over the following week, fine tuning our requirements, and Jay was very helpful and accommodating when we altered our minds over a few things. Once we'd settled on our final design and agreed a price, we anxiously awaited a start date (remember this was during Covid). Like all build projects, we had a couple of snagging issues to contend with (building regulations can be such a pain!), but Tom and the installation team rose to the occasion and dealt with any issues swiftly and without fuss - giving us great reassurance...nothing phased them. The end result of our installation far exceeds our hopes and expectations. This includes the personalised lighting installation, assisted by the electrician Matt and some specialist groundworks we wanted doing, which Phil has been able to complete on our behalf (all co-ordinated through Jay). The quality of the product is outstanding, the professionalism of all the team at Best Glaze is something they should be extremely proud of. One of the little things that impressed us was that they tidied up at the end of each day, leaving everything clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to enhance their home. All that remains for us to do now, is to furnish the room! Oooo shopping for furniture - my favourite pastime :)

Like several others on here, we have fallen victim to this company. Having paid more than £13,000 to them for a conservatory that has never materialised. Best Glaze had our money in 2022. Despite start dates that came and went nothing happened. We are understanding, patient people, we thought it was a matter of waiting for the works to start. It was a while before we realised what happened. A Search of Companies House did not flag anything untoward; a local company just down the road with large advertising boards along the A39. It did not occur to us that our money has in fact been stolen. We had other plans for our home which depended on Best Glaze. We are so angry and dissappointed. We paid in good faith and trusted them.

Bestglaze recently completed a large conservatory for us and we are absolutely delighted with the result finding we have a beautiful light room flowing from indoor to outdoor living and in which we spend the majority of our time. Bestglaze carried out the project with consummate skill and professionalism and the result is clear for all to see in the attention to detail and the excellent workmanship. The work was carried out by various teams each with their area of expertise and each and every one of them was a pleasure to have around. Nothing was too much trouble; small issues were dealt with straightaway, all mess was cleared away and we missed their cheery faces and fun banter when they left. A huge thank you to you all.

The whole experience was great with Best Glaze. Communication was always friendly and fast. It took only a couple of days to get an appointment, and also to fit the door once it had arrived. The fitting was quick without much mess or damage, even though the door itself caused a few problems to start with. Very happy with the product and the service, would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

The first stage of three has just been completed. This comprised of replacement windows with a conservatory/extension and more windows to follow. When dealing with them it very quickly became evident that Best Glaze is a small company but, once I adjusted to this, I cannot fault them. Above all they care and want to have satisfied customers. Their workmanship and the products used are first class. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the fitting team was really excellent. They cared about the finished work, they cared about our home, there was no mess and they did exactly what was required. When choosing Best Glaze I was a little sceptical about the repeated good reviews. Based on work to date they deserved these and I would have no reservation in recommending them. I am now looking forward to the next stages!

We contacted best glazeto look at a 5 year old conservatory which was leaking. Jay and Tom quickly explained the reason for the problems and e booked them to do the work. The seemed very knowledgeable compared to other companies. We went for a partial solid roof plug two roof windows. We were very happy with the work carried out. We were very happy with the work carried out and amazing results. Conservatory is now dry and comfortably warm with new sills and guttering. It is like a extension of hour house. All work was carried out without serious mess and our lawn was carefully covered against damage. And unsuitable supporting wall replaced and insulated. Best Glaze have recently completed our real roof Conservatory they were extremely professional, the finished room looks stunning and all the work was done to a very high standard. Our conservatory roof has had a leak for the past 4 or 5 years and has had a few repairs from other tradesmen but they were not able to solve the issue. Best Glaze came to look at the problem and I immediately knew they were experienced and knowledgeable. They were polite and efficient and at last we have a roof without a leak ! Would recommend.
