A lovely little single storey Ultraframe and Durabase extension plastered and ready for M.Electrical to install the LED downlighting. Our customers were looking to create some extra space and wanted a tiled roof that matched their home. After an initial consultation with Mr and Mrs N. we knew exactly what they were looking for a designed a single storey extension that would accomodate their furniture and allow maximum views of the garden.
Mr & Mrs N decided on an Ultraroof solid tiled conservatory roof with a full length glazed panel on one side to allow light into the room and create a feature in the seating area.
The Durabase brick base was picked to contrast with the house and match the soldier courses on the property.
